CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING FROM HOLLYWOOD - Episode 516 

Todd Keneley and James Kincaid introduce the show and are interrupted by Halston Boddy. They ask him why he did Heather Monroe dirty. He says Heather wasn’t willing to show him the same loyalty he showed her.

Jack Banning vs Jordan Clearwater

Banning and Clearwater throw blows before the bell ring and chaos ensues and just a couple minutes of brawling they knock referee Allison Leigh to the mat and she calls for the bell. Banning and Clearwater continue to brawl and choke each other out of the ring area.

No Contest

Jack Farmer interviews Mike Camden about the issues he’s got with The Bodega. Camden says he has friends and they will show up to even up the numbers game.

Arizona State Championship: Dan Joseph vs Ray Rosas (champion)

Rosas charges at Joseph and he bails out of the ring. Dan gets on the mic and asks Ray why he’s so mad. Joseph gets back in the ring and offers a handshake. A kick to Rosas and he follows up with body blows and chops. Joseph misses a clothesline and Rosas hits one of his own. Rosas throws fists and Joseph tries to escape the ring but nope. Back drop to Joseph and a follow up tornado DDT.  

Rosas to the top rope going for offense and Joseph rolls out of the ring. Joseph grabs Rosas leg and wraps it around the ring post. He tries again but Rosas pulls Joseph into the post. Both back into the ring and Joseph hits Rosas and a face buster on his knee. Rosas is favoring his neck and is given a gut wrench suplex. Joseph starts choking Rosas with his wrist tape. Joseph grapevine onto Rosas’s knee as he continues to work on the legs. Joseph mounts him and delivers punches and chops to a prone Rosas. 

Rosas is able to create some space and hits Joseph with knees to the back of the head after he as tripped up into the ropes. Rosas to the top rope and hits the Macho Elbow and Joseph is able to kick out and roll to the floor. Rosas with a suicide dive and Joseph side steps him. Referee starts the count. Joseph tries to carry Rosas to the ring but runs out of time. Joseph throws a hurt Ray Rosas onto the stage and hits Ray with an equipment box. Rosas flies into the ring apron and the heavy box falls onto him.

Double count out - Rosas retains

Honest John vs Miguel 

The 180 lbs John is either brave or stupid as he takes on the 400 lbs Miguel for a second time. Miguel misses two strikes and gets hit with a step up enziguri. Miguel shrugs it off and slaps John down. John tries to get in more punches but nothing works. Choke bomb and knee drop onto John’s chest and this one is over.

Your winner - Miguel

After the match Keita Murray comes to the ring and appreciates Miguel’s work.

Emily Mae with Midnight Heat (Eddie Pearl & Ricky Gibson) with Guy Tweakacetti. Gibson says they’re gonna be tag champions. Tweakacetti gets Emily hyped up and she chants “Midnight Heat”.

Hollywood Heritage Championship: Richie Slade (with Flex McCallion) vs EJ Sparks

The bell sounds and we get a stare down until

Slade slaps Sparks. Sparks grabs Slade’s ear and yanks out his earring. Slade thrown into the ropes and a high back body drop. Slade into the corner and he goes up and over, Sparks follows with one of his own and he throws a kick to Slade’s face on the way down. Slade recovers and throws Sparks into the rope and goes for a drop kick but he’s caught and it’s converted into a sit out power bomb.

Sparks continues to evade all of Slade’s offense until McCallion grabs his leg and Slade lands a super kick and a Northern Lights suplex. Sparks is dazed as the two trade kicks and punches. Slade in control. He goes behind but Sparks catches him with elbows to the face. Sparks is able to power out of the Candy Drop and he rolls out of the ring. Slade distracts the ref and McCallion kicks Sparks on the outside. Sparks is slid back into the ring and he grabs Sparks leg and slams it into the ring post. Sparks is in trouble as Slade continues to punish the leg. Slade goes to a splash in the corner and misses. Sparks with a cutter but he can’t capitalize and make a cover. Slade is back up and grabs Sparks leg but is hit with an enziguri and a follow up kick to the head. Slade recovers and puts Sparks in a modified figure four leg lock and gets the tap out.
