Has there been any word on the A&E Biographies airing in the UK?
To the best of my knowledge, there have not been.
The WWE HOF had no in-person audience and the virtual audience was pre-recorded. So, the inductees were basically giving their speeches to no one?
That is correct. They were playing to the cameras.
Do you think WWE will revert to the live format next year?
As long as the pandemic provides for it, yes, I do. They can sell tickets to the event and they don't want to give that money up if they don't have to do so.
When do you think we'll see the releases talents showing up?
That's obvious, in 90 days or so.
Did you attend any of the independent events in Tampa? Did it make you feel safe enough to go to shows going forward?
I did not. While I am done with my vaccination, I felt it was prudent to keep things to a bare minimum this year. The only event I attended was Wrestlemania in a socially distanced press box and I have quarantined in my home since returning from Tampa to be especially safe. I have no plans, yet, to return to live shows. In my mind, right now, the next show I'll attend would probably be Wrestlemania 38, unless someone runs Madison Square Garden or another major show in the NYC area, pending the transmission rates of the pandemic. I love indy wrestling and there is no reporter alive who has attended more of it in the last 20 years than me, but I'll be taking a break until it's safer. 85-90% of the major shows stream in some capacity, so I'll be watching that way.
Where was Baron Mikel Scicluna billed from and was he really from there?
He was billed from the Isle of Malta. He was legitimately from there.
