Dance Hashimoto is Kagetora’s new gimmick. He was offered a spot in Natural Vibes after he successfully teamed with Genki Horiguchi and Kzy to defeat Ben-K, Keisuke Okuda and Yasushi Kanda but he said he wants to survey Dragon Gate’s other units first.

The full field for this year’s King of Gate tournament was announced during the show. There will be 18 competitors will across three groups of six.

Masahiro Chono made a surprise appearance to promote Dragon Gate’s deal with Amazon Prime.

Bokutimo Dragon lost the máscara contra máscara (mask versus mask) match to Diamante and was revealed to be the former Big R Shimizu, which everyone already knew.

Naruki Doi was offered a spot in HIGH-END after the main event but he declined out of loyalty to Masato Yoshino.

New Japan Pro Wrestling will begin its Road to Wrestling Dontaku tour tomorrow in the Yokohama Budokan.
