We are at the Capitol Wrestling Center and your host is Sam Roberts. He is joined by Jimmy Smith.
Sam says it will be tough to top last night and Jimmy says Tommaso Ciampa and WALTER was his favorite match of the night. Sam asks what match Jimmy is looking forward to and he says the Unsanctioned Match.
They run through the card for tonight's show.
We see footage from earlier today when Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly arrived at the building, accompanied by NXT security.
We have a video package for the NXT Men's Championship Match.
Sam asks whose legacy will be benefited tonight. Jimmy says losing a title sucks and dropping a title stings. Sam asks Jimmy for Kross' strategy. He is going to use a lot of aggression.
We go to Samoa Joe with Karrion Kross and Scarlett. Joe asks about Takeover XXX when he won the title and he was told about his injury. Kross says he was pissed. He says he doesn't feel the need to go through his entire career, but it took a long time for him to show up at that time. For that injury to happen, he thought it was all for nothing. Joe asks how can Kross recapture the title from someone thought to be the best of all time. He will crush Balor. Balor has technique and experience and Kross says Balor is the best champion of all time. Balor will not control the pace of the match.
Joe asks Kross what he will be feeling if he wins tonight. Kross says he came here to be a champion, not lost in the shuffle.
Joe asks about Balor's comments from last week and Kross says he does not care what he says. Balor's arrogance will be his downfall. This is why he is in this position. He is not changing anyting and Balor's efforts will not work.
Finn Balor sat down with Samoa Joe. Joe brings up that Finn has a great record at Takeover and he says that he has a long streak for delivering at Takeover, but with a small blemish. Joe asks if Kross is the type of man who can add a blemish to his record. Balor says he has proven that he can stand and deliver. If anyone has to stand and deliver it is not him. Joe asks Balor how long it took him to get back to where he wanted to be after his injury. Balor says he hated to give up his title. It took a while for him to get his confidence back. Is it too soon for Kross? Joe brings up how Kross may have rushed his return. Balor says underestimating Finn Balor is a fatal mistake. He says he is in the peak of his career.
Joe asks Balor how will he defeat Karrion Kross. Balor says he has faced big men and he will drag them into territories they don't belong. He will drag Kross into deep water and give him an experience he has never seen before. Balor says he is pissed that he is considered the underdog against someone who is not proven. How many times does he have to prove he is the best. That is what drives him and where the fury comes from.
Arash Markazi joins Sam and Jimmy. He says this feels like a big match but it will feel bigger when we look at it in a few years. He mentions that Balor is 14 and 1 at Takeover.
McKenzie Mitchell is with Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart and they are asked about Candice's prediction about the match. Shotzi laughs. Ember says they will not underestimate Candice and Indi because that is the Way they do it. They will do it their way.
Mickie James joins Sam and Jimmy to talk about the Women's Tag Title match. Mickie says there is another thing to fight for in the women's division and the gold is the goal. Sam asks what does Mickie see in Ember and Shotzi. She says they are different but they fit together.
Sam asks Jimmy if there is a problem for Reed getting a title match the next day. Jimmy says Bronson needs an old school mentality to be successful tonight. Mickie says that Johnny has the advantage because Bronson wrestled last night.
We take a look at the Cruiserweight Title Match.
Arash is asked about the ladder match and he mentions Razor and Shawn from Wrestlemania X. He says this is a rare moment and we will find out who the real champion will be.
We take a look at the Stand and Deliver Global Press Conference.
Sam asks Jimmy what would he do in a ladder match. He says he would work the leg since you need two legs to climb.
We see William Regal taking Jordan Devlin's title belt for the ladder match.
Jimmy says that Devlin has a psychological advantage since he did not lose the title.
Arash says that Santos has been dominant as champion and he has Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza. He took the division from the side show to the main show.
Sam mentions that the ladder match will start off the special.
We go to commercial.
Match Number One: Number One Contenders Match: Breezango (Tyler Breeze and Fandango) versus Killian Dain and Drake Maverick
Dain and Long John Breeze start things off. Breeze avoids Dain on a lock up and he thinks he is Captain Morgan. Dain removes Breeze's hat and Breeze escapes a slam and Fandango tags in and he tosses Breeze aside and hip tosses Fandango. Maverick tags in and he applies a side head lock. Fandango with a shoulder tackle and some dancing. Drake tries to avoid going over on a sunset flip and Drake with some dancing of his own. Dain pulls Drake aside and Dain tags himself in. Drake puts Breeze's hat on Dain and Dain is not happy.
Fandango with a European uppercut but Dain with European uppercuts and he wants Drake in and he tags Drake in and tosses him into Fandango. Drake with kicks and Fandango sends Drake to the mat and follows with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker for a near fall. Fandango with punches and he tags Breeze in and Tyler with a suplex for a near fall. Fandango tags in and he kicks Drake and hits a delayed vertical suplex for a near fall. Fandango with shoulders in the corner and Breeze tags in and punches Drake. Breeze with a hard Irish whip. Breeze kicks Drake and then hits a leg drop for a near fall. Breeze with a rear chin lock.
Breeze with a forearm to the back and Fandango tags in and he sends Drake into the turnbuckles and follows with a hard Irish whip. Fandango drops Drake on the top rope and Breeze tags in and they both kick Drake in the side of the head. Breeze gets a near fall. Drake lands on his feet on a belly-to-back suplex attempt and Drake with kicks and he runs around Fandango to tag in Dain. Breeze tags in and he hits a shoulder tackle and cross body on Breeze. Dain goes to the apron and clotheslines Fandango back into the ring. Dain with a uranage to Breeze and then he hits a Fallaway slam and Samoan drop combination for a near fall.
Dain with a splash in the corner and then Dain and Drake with kicks. Dain tags back in and Drake comes off the turnbuckles into a super kick from Breeze. Breeze and Fandango with super kicks to Dain for a near fall. Dain crotches Fandango and Drake tags in and he hits a Frankensteiner. Drake drop kicks Breeze off the apron. Dain grabs Drake and power bombs him onto Fandango for the three count.

We take a look back at Night One of Takeover.
McKenzie is with William Regal and he says that every match on night one delivered. It is time for the competitors on Night Two to show what they can do. She asks Regal about the security with Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly. Regal says he is going to make sure that neither of them get near each other before the match. McKenzie asks if Adam Cole has been fined for attacking him and Regal says there is not going to be any fine.
We take a look at the Unsanctioned Match with a video package.
Kyle O'Reilly sat down with Samoa Joe. Joe asks Kyle what has changed for him. He says it is tough to answer. It has been a crazy year for him and everyone else. He says he is having an internal struggle. It felt good to be in the Undisputed Era. It was championships, main events, limo rides, and merchandise checks. Something had to give. He strayed from the path that got him here and he could not recognize himself. To save his soul, he had to get away from the gang mentality.
Joe says that Kyle's recent behavior has not been better than a gang mentality. Kyle says that Joe is right. When it comes to Adam, you have to fight fire with fire. If I have to sink to his level to gain an advantage, I am willing to do it. Joe brings up the history and he wants to know when does it stop and when will he be satisfied. Kyle says he has been struggling with this for a year. Cole would make the decisions for him. Kyle says he was in a lot of interesting positions and opportunities. The main event of Takeover against Finn Balor. I lost and I lost the rematch but I finally felt like myself. I fought with honor and integrity.
Joe says honor and integrity are not part of an Unsanctioned match. Joe asks if Kyle has what it takes to beat Adam Cole. Kyle says he thinks he can. He says he is not here to set expectations because this will be as one sided as it gets. He wants to finish Adam as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Adam Cole joined Samoa Joe. Joe says he has followed Adam's career and no matter the situation or pressure, he is calm and cool. As of late, with Kyle O'Reilly, that poise has gone away and it is a personal rivalry. Adam says he has known Kyle for 12 years. They have traveled all over the world. If it wasn't for him, Kyle never would have made it to WWE. This is personal. Joe asks if this proves who the backbone of the Undisputed Era? Cole says he was the success of the group. The others were along for the ride. Crossing him is a big mistake.
Adam says Joe should be asking Kyle about being reckless. Kyle tried to run him off the road and got him arrested. Kyle threatened to come to my home and find me. What does victory look like for Adam Cole. Cole says when Kyle has the realization after the match that he was given a beating like no one else could have given him and he thinks he shouldn't have messed with Adam Cole.
Joe asks if Adam and Kyle will be able to co-exist again. Right now, it seems impossible. If Kyle apologizes and believes his apology and realizes the type of moron and imbecile he has been. He has to know he has an ass beating coming to him first.
Arash and Sam pick Cole while Jimmy picks Kyle.
