Kevin Kelly and Alex Koslov welcome us to tonight’s show and Kevin mentions that the New Japan Cup USA starts next week.
Kevin mentions that the winner of the New Japan Cup USA 2021 will win a trophy and become the first Strong Openweight Champion.

Match Number One: Rocky Romero versus Kevin Knight
Romero with a kick to the leg. Knight blocks a kick and he takes Romero to the mat and works on the ankle. Romero with a mount position into a front face lock. Knight pushes Romero and Romero with a kick and forearms to the back. Knight with Euroepaon uppercuts but Romero with a kick to the chest. Romero with elbows to the shoulder. Romero goes to the turnbuckles and hits a knee drop to the arm. Romero with a kick to the arm.
Romero with knee drops to the arm. Knight with a European uppercut and forearm to the back followed by kicks to the shoulder. Knight with a slam and he gets a near fall. Romero with a kick and he wraps the arm in the ropes. Romero with a chop and knee drop. Romero with a kick to the arm and he gets a near fall. Knight with European uppercuts to Romero followed by chops. They exchange forearms and Romero with a European uppercut. Knight fires back with his own European uppercuts. Romero works on the arm but Knight with a shoulder tackle. Knight with European uppercuts and he gets a near fall.
Knight goes for a Boston Crab but Romero kicks Knight in the arm. Knight with a forearm. Knight with an Irish whip and slam for a near fall. Knight goes for a suplex but Romero blocks it. Knight goes for a suplex and Romero lands on his feet. Knight with a standing switch but Romero with a wrist lock take down. Romero with a cross arm breaker and Knight gets a near fall with a rollup. Romero with Infinity clotheslines and then Knight with a drop kick. Knight with a tilt-a-whirl back breaker for a near fall.
Knight gets another near fall. Knight with a Boston Crab and Romero tries to get to the ropes but Knight pulls him into the center of the ring. Romero gets to the ropes to force a break. Knight goes for a suplex but Romero blocks it. Knight with forearms to the back. Romero with a Fujiwara Arm Bar and Knight gets to the ropes. Romero with a German suplex and knee to the head.
Romero with a Falcon Arrow into a cross arm breaker and Knight taps out.

Match Number Two: TJP and Alex Coughlin versus Misterioso and Jordan Clearwater
Alex and Jordan start things off and Alex with a take down into a reverse chin lock. They have a test of strength and Alex with a wrist lock. Jordan with a reversal and Alex with a fireman’s carry into a side head lock. Jordan with a rollup for a near fall. Jordan with a head scissors. Alex with a headstand to escape and he returns to the side head lock.
TJP tags in and so does Misterioso. TJP with a take down into a wrist lock. Misterioso with a single leg take down and TJP goes for a cross arm breaker but Misterioso blocks it. Misterioso with a hammer lock and take down. Misterioso with a wrist lock and TJP tries to reverse it but he is not successful. Misterioso with a hammer lock and TJP with a flying mare. TJP with a shoulder and a slingshot into an octopus. Misterioso with a knee to the midsection and a slingshot arm drag. Alex comes in and Misterioso with a series of kicks. Alex with a shoulder tackle and TJP gets a near fall.
Alex tags in and he punches Misterioso and chops him. Alex with an Irish whip and he misses a splash. Misterioso with a shoulder from the apron and he slingshots back in and tags in Jordan. Jordan with punches and kicks in the corner. Alex with an elbow off the turnbuckles and he gets a near fall. Alex with a wrist lock and elbow to the arm. TJP tags in and kicks Jordan and follows with a snap mare and leg drop. TJP with a hammer lock using the leg and he hyper-extends the other arm. Alex tags in and kicks Jordan and applies a cravate. Alex with a snap mare and forearm to the back. Alex with a rear chin lock and elbow to the top of the head. Alex gets Jordan up for a delayed vertical suplex and TJP tags in and hits a slingshot senton for a near fall. Jordan with forearms to TJP and Alex but TJP with a drop toe hold. TJP runs into a back elbow and TJP with a knee and an octopus. Jordan with a running neck breaker and both men are down.
Misterioso tags in and he kicks Alex and hits a drop kick. Misterioso with a victory roll for a near fall. Misterioso with a drop kick and a La Magistral for a near fall. Alex with elbows to Misterioso and he chops Misterioso. Misterioso with a handspring double back elbow for a near fall on Misterioso. Misterioso with a forearm and Alex with a flying shoulder tackle. Alex with a back breaker and bridging fallaway slam for a near fall. TJP is sent to the floor by Jordan. Jordan tags in and he kicks Alex.
TJP with a kick to the back and Alex gets Jordan on his shoulders but Jordan escapes and he knocks TJP off the apron. Misterioso with a drop kick to knock TJP off the apron but he misses a pescado. Jordan has a kick blocked and Alex gets Jordan up for a gutbuster off a fireman’s carry and TJP with a frog splash for the three count.

Kevin Kelly is joined by Tom Lawlor, JR Kratos, and Chris Dickinson.
Kevin asks them about their match tonight. Lawlor says they don’t know what they are up against and if they do, they are not ready for them. Brody King is an idiot to have the Riegels with him. Look at who they are facing.
Dickinson is asked about facing Brody King in the first round and what is his strategy. He won’t give away his strategy and secrets. He has a plan but he won’t share it with Kevin so it gets back to Brody. Kevin asks about Chris working with Brody in ROH.
Lawlor interrupts and he says money talks. He asks if you would rather deal with low rent talent or talent that requires the highest bidder and is one of the best in the world.
Dickinson says he wants to answer the question. The highest bidder seeking the services of the best fighter in the world. He says NJPW is the most competitive company in the world and it does not matter what they do elsewhere.
Tom is asked about whether he could overlook Ren Narita.
Tom asks what is an excursion and Kevin explains it. Tom says the goal of the excursion is to learn. He will not look past Narita or DKC. Narita will go down to the same fate as DKC or any of the New Japan Dojo talents.
Kevin asks Dickinson if he cleared the work with Brody King with Tom Lawlor.
Dickinson says it is none of Kevin’s business.
We go to the cleaning and disinfection break.
Match Number Three: Tom Lawlor, Chris Dickinson, and JR Kratos versus Brody King, Logan Riegel, and Sterling Riegel
Dickinson and Logan start things off and Dickinson with a single leg take down. Dickinson with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Dickinson runs into a boot and Logan with a blockbuster and Sterling tags in and Logan with a leg sweep and Sterling with a slingshot senton. Dickinson with a double drop kick and elbow to Sterling. Logan with a missile drop kick and Sterling with a standing moonsault for a near fall.
King tags in and he tries for a gutwrench suplex but Dickinson blocks it and he kicks King. Dickinson with a drop kick to the knee. Kratos tags in and they exchange forearms. King with a bicycle kick and Sterling tags in and misses a pescado. Kratos with a clothesline on the floor. Sterling is sent into the ring post. Kratos with a forearm in the corner and Lawlor tags in and connects with a European uppercut. Lawlor with a suplex and he gets a near fall. Lawlor chokes Sterling until the referee warns him. Lawlor with uppercuts to the arm. Sterling with punches but Lawlor with a hammer lock and head scissors but Sterling gets t othe ropes.
Lawlor with forearms in the corner and he works on the arm. Dickinson kicks Sterling while Lawlor distracts the referee. Kratos tags in and he slams the arm in the mat. Kratos gets a near fall. Kratos with a punch in the corner. Dickinson tags in and he works on the arm. Dickinson gets a near fall. Sterling with punches but Dickinson laughs them off and he kicks Sterling. They go back and forth with forearms. Dickinson goes for a head lock but Sterling with a suplex and uranage. Lawlor and King tag in and they exchange punches. Lawlor goes for a guillotine but King with a suplex and back senton. Kratos comes in and King with a splash to both men. King with a cannonball to Lawlor. Sterling tags in and he is sent into Lawlor but Kratos with a POUNCE to stop Sterling. Kratos with a power bomb on King. Logan goes up top and bounces off Kratos when he tries for a cross body. Dickinson tags in and he runs into an elbow. They exchange forearms again and Dickinson with a forearm and the referee calls for the bell since Sterling is knocked out.
Winners: JR Kratos, Chris Dickinson, and Tom Lawlor (by referee stoppage)
After the match, Kratos continues to work over King on the floor. Lawlor wants Dickinson to do more damage to Sterling and Dickinson refuses. Lawlor tells Kratos to break his arm and Kratos stomps on it. Officials check on Sterling.
