LOS NUEVOS INGOBLERNABLES DEBUT IN MEXICO, HASHIMOTO TO COLEGA PRO WRESTLING AND MORE FROM JAPAN

By Oliver Taylor on 2021-03-25 08:54:00

New Japan Pro Wrestling

Mexican company Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre has relaunched a new Ingobernables stable called Los Nuevos Ingobernables consisting of Ángel de Oro, Niebla Roja and Terrible.

Terrible, who teamed with Shingo Takagi in last year’s World Tag League, hinted at joining forces with New Japan Pro Wrestling’s Los Ingobernables de Japón stable.

The timing of CMLL’s announcement is very interesting given Andrade was released from his WWE contract earlier this week. Andrade wrestled as La Sombra with great success in CMLL and New Japan before he signed with WWE in 2015.

An article on New Japan’s website covering the news can be read here.

GLEAT

GLEAT has released an original documentary on Yu Iizuka titled REVIVE.

Iizuka joined GLEAT from Pro Wrestling HEAT UP on January 1. He idolises by former Russian wrestler and mixed martial artist Volk Han.

Han famously wrestled for Japanese promotion Fighting Network Rings, better known as RINGS, throughout the 1990s.

Iizuka’s Twitter handle is @VOLK_KID as a tribute to his idol.

The full documentary (in Japanese) can be viewed on the attachment below.

Colega Pro Wrestling

Colega Pro Wrestling announced today that Big Japan Pro Wrestling’s Daichi Hashimoto will appear in the promotion.
