MLW FUSION REPORT: TWO TITLE MATCHES AND MORE

We start off and there is a brawl outside the building between Contra Unit and Injustice. Los Parks come out and they go after Contra Unit.

We are in Orlando, Florida and your announcers are Rich Bocchini and Jared St. Laurent.

Lio Rush says you are not only looking at the MLW Middleweight Champion, but you are looking at a star. Brian Pillman Jr., that is not you. You are a cosplay clown while I am the real deal. You are going to find out real soon.

Match Number One: Brian Pillman Jr. versus Lio Rush for the MLW Middleweight Championship

They lock up and Pillman backs Rush against the ropes and Pillman with a clean break. Rush with a waist lock and Pillman swings Rush off to the mat. They lock up and Pillman with a side head lock and Pillman holds on to the side head lock and Pillman with a take down but Rush with a head scissors and Pillman escapes.

Pillman with a shoulder tackle or two. Pillman pushes Rush and Rush with a kick to the midsection. Pillman with a shoulder tackle and a clothesline into the corner. Pillman with an Irish whip and Rush floats over and hits a drop kick. Pillman gets a near fall. Rush with a slap and Rush avoids Pillman off the ropes and Rush with a head scissors take down. Pillman goes to the floor.

Rush with a baseball slide but Pillman avoids him. Pillman blocks a head scissors and Rush gets back to the apron. Rush with a boot to the head and a thrust kick. Rush with an Asai Moonsault. Rush breaks the referee’s count and he gets a near fall when they return to the ring. Rush with a kick to the ribs and Pillman punches back. Rush with a kick to the ribs. Rush with a head butt to the midsection followed by a European uppercut to the back for a near fall.

Rush with a kick to the chest but Pillman with punches and a forearm. Rush with a rollup and elbow drop to the back for a near fall. Rush with a waist lock. Pillman with elbows to the back but Rush holds on to the waist lock. Rush with a body scissors and he connects with crossfaces. Rush with kicks to the chest. Pillman blocks a kick and he flips Rush and Rush lands on his feet. Rush with a boot when Pillman charges into the corner. Pillman with a power slam. Pillman with chops and an uppercut. Pillman with a running forearm and clothesline. Pillman with a clothesline and he gets a near fall.

Pillman goes for a suplex but Rush gets to his feet and Rush sends Pillman to the apron. Rush with an elbow and Pillman with a punch. Pillman goes for a springboard move but Rush with a handspring kick to knock Pillman off the apron. Rush avoids a power slam attempt and Rush with a spinning heel kick. Rush goes up top but Pillman recovers and hits an uppercut. Pillman goes to the turnbuckles and hits a superplex.

The referee starts his count and Pillman is the first to his feet. Pillman sets for a suplex but Rush counters with an inside cradle for a near fall. Rush with a rebound cutter and Rush goes up top for the frog splash and the three count.

Winner: Lio Rush (retains championship)

Alicia Atout mentions that there will be an MLW Tag Title Match and Contra Unit has been added to the match.

We go to Alexander Hammerstone. He says he has been forced to play games with Contra Unit and Salina de la Renta. LA Park couldn’t get the job done so Salina gets Mil Muertes. Alex says no matter how much he wants to blame Salina for pulling the strings and calling the shots, it was you Mil who came into the ring, attacked me, and stole my championship.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but sticking feathers in your butt does not make you a chicken and wearing my title belt doesn’t make you a champion. You have to beat me for that title. He tells Mil to have a set of balls and accept the challenge instead of asking Salina. The ball is in your court.

We go to commercial.

We are back and we go to the Von Erichs in Hawaii.

Ross tells Tom that he is so predictable. He says Tom disrespects Texas and Hawaii and their brother ACH. Marshall says he is going to do what Tom’s father should have done. I will wring your neck. He tells Tom to bring Dominic and Kevin. It does not matter, school is in session and the first lesson is that you don’t piss off a Texan. Ross says they are fighting. You name the time and place.

We take a look at Azteca Underground. Rich says whoever El Jefe is, he is a collector of artifacts. He says they are looking for a new home.

Salina de la Renta says she is delighted with the pain and suffering that Alexander Hammerstone has suffered. You will watch Mil Muertes unleash that brutal pain. She tells Hammerstone to watch as Parrow will beg and beg for the punishment to end.

We go to commercial.

Parrow says he is sick of what Salina and Mil Muertes did to Savio Vega. He wants to fight.

Match Number Two: Mil Muertes (with Salina de la Renta) versus Parrow

They go face to face and Parrow pushes Muertes and Muertes pushes back. Parrow with a shoulder tackle and Muertes stays on his feet. Muertes with a shoulder tackle and Parrow stays on his feet. Parrow with punches. Muertes with a drop kick to the knee followed by a DDT and Muertes with punches. Muertes with forearms to the back.

Parrow is sent into the turnbuckles many times and Muertes with chops and punches. Muertes with clotheslines in the corner. Muertes with an Irish whip and Parrow with an elbow. Muertes with a clothesline.

We see Bu Ku Dao down on the floor while the match continues.

Muertes with a head butt and he sends Parrow’s head into the apron. Muertes bites at the forehead. Muertes sends Parrow into the sound booth. Muertes backs Parrow into the apron a few times. They return to the ring. Parrow wit a knee lift and Irish whip followed by a splash into the corbner. Parrow runs into a forearm. Parrow with a full nelson slam and a back senton for a near fall.

Muertes with punches and Parrow with a forearm. Muertes with a power slam for a naer fall. Muertes rakes the eyes. Parrow with a punch and he gets Muertes up but Muertes gets to his feet. Muertes with Straight to Hell for the three count.

Winner: Mil Muertes

Alicia Atout mentions the injury suffered by Bu Ku Dao and she mentions that the match is in jeopardy for later tonight.
We take a look at Calvin Tankman. He says he came to MLW and he knows what the champion makes and he knows what he needs. He is going to beat everyone in his path until he gets to the champion.

We go to the Never Say Never Control Center.

New matches have been announced for Never Say Never. Jordan Oliver will face Simon Gotch. Myron Reed will face Daivari. We are reminded that Jacob Fatu will defend the MLW Championship against Calvin Tankman.

We go to Contra Unit.

Mads Krugger says he sees it in your eyes. He talks about Alexander Hammerstone.

We go to commercial.

We are back with Tom Lawlor.

He says normally when he thinks about the Von Erichs, he gets pissed off and angry. Tom should have remembered how dense and dumb the Von Erichs are. You wanted me to pick the stipulation for a fight. Next week, it will go down. Team Filthy in a chain match against the worst thing to come out of Texas since Whataburger, The Von Erichs and ACH.

We go to commercial.

Match Number Three: LA Park and Hijo de LA Park versus Simon Gotch and Daivari versus Jordan Oliver and Myron Reed for the MLW Tag Team Championships

Daivari and Gotch attack Reed and Oliver as they enter the ring. Daivari with shoulders to Reed in the corner and he sends him into the turnbuckles.

The Tag Team Champions take their time to get to the ring while Reed chokes Daivari. Park hits everyone with a chair and then Park struts. Hijo kicks Daivari while Hijo hits Oliver with a cookie sheet. Gotch chokes Oliver with a kendo stick and then Park hits Oliver with a chair. Hijo hits Daivari with a pizza sheet. Park and Reed with punches on the floor. Hijo is sent to the floor and Daivari grabs Reed. They return to the ring and Oliver with a forearm to Park.

Daivari kicks Reed in the ring. Daivari with a kick to Reed and Reed with a matrix and enzuigiri for a naer fall. Hijo with a chair and he picks up Reed. Hijo hits Reed with the chair. Hijo goes to the floor and he kicks Gotch while Park grabs a kendo stick. Park hits Daivari with the kendo stick and then he hits Gotch in the back. Oliver is sent into the ring and he kicks Hijo and Park. Gotch with a forearm to Hijo on the floor. Oliver hits Park with a kendo stick and then he exchanges forearms with Park. Oliver with a chop and Park with a kick to the leg. Hijo hits Oliver in the head with a chair. Park punches Oliver on the floor and Daivari with forearms to Hijo.

Park Jr. pulls Gotch from under the ring and he pulls Park out of the ring. Gotch and Park are in the ring and Hijo hits Reed in the back with a kendo stick. Gotch kicks Park and Hijo hits Gotch in the back of the leg with a kendo stick. Gotch with a forearm to Hijo and Hijo with a head butt. Park kicks Gotch. Hijo works on the legs while Park punches Gotch. Daivari sends Hijo into the corner and he kicks Hijo. Gotch chops Park and Park punches Gotch. They continue to exchange punches. Park kicks Gotch and Gotch kicks back. Park with chops to Gotch. Gotch with a chop and Irish whip followed by a clothesline into the corner. Park with a splash to Gotch and Park struts. Park misses a chop but hits a clothesline.

Reed hits Hijo with a kendo stick and Oliver punches Hijo. Oliver hits Park from behind. Hijo tries to pull Reed to the floor. Oliver sends Gotch to the floor. Reed with a plancha onto everyone but they catch Reed. Oliver with a plancha that sends everyone to the floor. Oliver and Reed send Daivari into the ring and Reed is pulled to the floor. Daivari and Gotch hit a spike piledriver on Oliver but Hijo breaks up the cover. Hijo with a head scissors to Gotch and then Hijo with a suicide dive onto Gotch. Park with a spear on Oliver for the three count.

Winners: LA Park and Hijo de LA Park (retain championship)
