EDGE'S FIRST SMACKDOWN MATCH IN OVER A DECADE, FAST LANE WEEK KICKS OFF, YOUNG ROCK TRAVELS BACK TO 1990, WALTER HAS A STATEMENT TO MAKE & MORE

Beyond tonight's Monday Night Raw broadcast, WWE has a busy week building to this Sunday's Fast Lane PPV, which for those of us in the United States, will also be the first PPV carried by NBCU's streaming service Peacock.

Young Rock returns from a one-week hiatus tomorrow on NBC with the following plot - "Miami, 1990: Dwayne looks to crack the starting lineup as a freshman for the famed Miami Hurricanes football team and attract the attention of players, coaches and celebrities; however, an unexpected incident sends his season and life into turmoil."

The WWE Network will feature a ton of Steve Austin related content this week as tomorrow is Steve Austin Day 3/16. Tomorrow will be a "Meeting Stone Cold" documentary.

Kevin Owens, Savio Vega,  WWE Hall of Famer Alundra Blayze and Trent Seven wall be guests on Wednesday morning's episode of WWE's The Bump. 

This Wednesday's evening's edition of WWE NXT will feature:

*Austin Theory vs. Dexter Lumis.

*Isaiah "Swerve" Scott vs. Leon Ruff.

*LA Knight in action.

Thursday's edition of NXT (airing at 4 PM EST here in the United States this week) will feature NXT UK Champion WALTER "making a statement."

Announced for Friday's Smackdown is Edge's first Smackdown bout in 11 years as he faces Jey Uso with the winner named the Special Enforcer to the Fast Lane PPV man event plus Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax for the Smackdown Women's Championship.

WWE Network will feature Birth of the Stunner on Friday.  They will also debut the Best of Steve Austin on Saturday.

Of course Sunday will be Fast Lane 2021 with lots of digital and WWE Network content all day leading to the PPV.

Following the PPV, WWE Network will air a new episode of Broken Skull Sessions with Randy Orton.
