Pro Wrestling NOAH
Pro Wrestling NOAH has announced the signing of Keiji Mutoh on a two-year deal.
Mutoh has made regular appearances in NOAH since the closure of Wrestle-1 last April but had never put pen to paper.
At Mutoh’s introductory press conference, Naomichi Marufuji revealed he has been trying to sign Mutoh to a full-time deal for a while and he believes signing Mutoh will help NOAH’s global expansion.

NOAH had their Budokan show, and DDT had its Kawasaki show this week.
Akiyama and Muto have become champions.
At this timing, Muto has signed to be a roster member of NOAH, and the same for Akiyama joining DDT as a roster member.#ddtpro#noah_ghc
Mutoh mentioned he has been contacted about defending the GHC Heavyweight Championship in Impact Wrestling. Mutoh has made multiple appearances in Impact in the past.
Q: Is there a target number of defenses?

Muto:
I wanted very few, but they booked the match so it's what it is.
Budokan must be memorable for NOAH, but Fukuoka International Center is memorable for me, so I'm happy I get to fight there.#ddtpro#noah_ghc
Additionally, Global Syndicate Wrestling has publicly invited Mutoh to defend the GHC Heavyweight Championship against Alexander Hammerstone.
