Yuki Iino will return from surgery to treat a spinal epidural hematoma teaming with Akito, Konosuke Takeshita and Shunma Katsumata against Daisuke Sasaki, Mad Paulie, Soma Takao and Yuji Hino.

The KO-D 10-Man Tag Team Championships are being revitalised at the show but will temporarily be the KO-D 8-Man Tag Team Championships due to the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic. Sanshiro Takagi and Shinya Aoki are the captains of each team.

Yuki Ueno will attempt his third defense of the DDT Universal Championship against Yukio Sakaguchi.

Endo’s match against Akiyama will be his fourth defense of the K-OD Openweight Championship.
