NEW JAPAN STAR DEBUTS ON AEW DYNAMITE

New Japan Pro Wrestling's KENTA (aka Hideo Itami in WWE) attacked Jon Moxley at the end of tonight's Dynamite.  The two are slated to battle for Moxley's IWGP United States Championship and will battle in several weeks at NJPW New Beginning USA on 2/26, broadcasting on New Japan World streaming service.  Moxley popped up on New Japan Strong last week, confronting KENTA, so this was KENTA giving a receipt.

KENTA (who lives in the United States) appearing on Dynamite opens the door to questions as to whether AEW has finally secured a working relationship with New Japan as a number of their top stars have roots in working for that promotion prior to the formation of AEW in 2019.
