2/2/21 Results from New Japan Road to New Beginning at Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan

Gabriel Kidd vs. Yota Tsuji.  Kidd pins Tsuji with a Butterfly Suplex.  Kidd started mouthing off to Shingo Takagi who was on Japanese commentary.    That is not a smart move.

Yuya Uemura and Ryusuke Taguchi vs. El Phantasmo and Taiji Ishimori.  Uemura had Ishimori in a Boston crab until ELP hit Sudden Death.    Ishimori pins Uemura for the win.

Master Wato, SHO, Tomoaki Honma and Kota Ibushi vs. BUSHI, Hiromu Takahashi, Tetsuya Naito and SANADA.  Ibushi pins BUSHI after a Kamagoye.

El Phantasmo joined Kevin Kelly on English commentary. 

Elimination Match:   Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa, Yujiro Takahashi, EVIL and Jay White, with Gedo, Jado and Dick Togo vs. Tomohiro Ishii, Toru Yano, Hirooki Goto, YOSHI-HASHI and Kazuchika Okada.  Tama Tonga walked to the ring with Taichi’s Iron Fingers taped to the IWGP Tag Team Title Belt.  Big Bullet Club reunion tonight.   Tomohiro Ishii attacked Jay White before the Too Sweet salute.    It is a wild match.   

Okada eliminates EVIL over the top.

Okada eliminated himself to go after EVIL.   Okada tried to tombstone EVIL on the concrete floor.   Bullet Club quickly dragged him to safety.   Okada was screaming at EVIL.  All the wrestlers had to hold them back.

Yano eliminates Takahashi over the top.

White eliminates Yano over the top.

White eliminates Ishii over the top with help from Gedo.

White gets Goto over the top but he lands on the apron.   Jado smacks Goto in the back with the kendo stick and Goto falls to the floor.

Goto is eliminated.

Only YOSHI-HASHI is left.   Tama Tonga hits a Gun Stun.   White goes for the pin and pulls him up at two.    Tanga Loa hits Apesh** on YOSHI-HASHI, which is a sit down piledriver.  (My apologies but that is what he calls it).  White goes for the pin but pulls him up again.  White hits a sleeper suplex.   G.O.D. hits a Magic Killer on YOSHI-HASHI.  White goes for the pin but pulls him up.

ELP screamed “It’s the Japanese Fighting Spirit!”  

White was about to hit a Bladerunner till Hirooki Goto threw in the towel.  Red Shoes called for the bell.

Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa and Jay White are the winners.

G.O.D. held off Goto and Ishii while White hit a Bladerunner on YOSHI-HASHI.  White lays out Ishii with a sleeper suplex and another Bladerunner.  White takes the mic said that he Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa are the REAL Bullet Club.  White challenges Ishii, Goto and YOSHI-HASHI for the NEVER Openweight 6-man Championship.

In the interview area, Goto and Ishii attack Bullet Club again.

The Road to New Beginning continues tomorrow.
