NXT STAR & WIFE OPEN GYM IN FLORIDA

WWE NXT star Robert "Stone" Strauss and his wife Tara Strauss have officially opened in a new gym F45 in  Baldwin Park, Florida.

The gym is built around 45 minute workouts that Tara first showed Robert.  

"She introduced me to it," Robert told FOX 35. "I tried it and I fell in love with it because it’s just a positive atmosphere, especially with all the negativity going on right now in the world."

"With being a WWE superstar, you obviously have to be fit, your shirts off," Strauss said. "You have to look the part and be the part."

Actor Mark Wahlberg owns several F45 locations as well.

"It's functional training, which means that the movement we do in the class mimics what we do in our everyday life," Tara Strauss told FOX.
