THE IMPORTANCE OF LOWERING STRESS DURING HARD TIMES

During the hard times that we are experiencing now, it may be more difficult to keep our bodies healthy and our stress levels at a minimum. With all the pandemic restrictions, we are not able to do the things that we are used to doing. Thus, we find ourselves more isolated, bored, worried and tense. We sometimes feel helpless to change our situation. In order to cope with everything that is going on, we have to be more creative with our activities so we can get through this time in the best possible way. 

What can we do to help lower our stress levels and live a happier life, even if outside circumstances make this a difficult challenge?
