1/25/21 Results from New Japan Road to New Beginning from Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan:

Taiji Ishimori, El Phantasmo, Jado and Gedo vs. Tiger Mask, Yuji Nagata Togi Makabe and Yota Tsuji

In the middle of the match, ELP left the ring and sat next to Kevin Kelly and started doing commentary.  Kelly yelled at him to get back to the ring and finish the match.  Nagata forced Gedo to submit to a crossface.  ELP complained that he was not ready and they deserved the match to be restarted.

The Great O-Khan and Will Ospreay vs. Satoshi Kojima and Hiroyoshi Tenzan

The United Empire came to the ring tossing chairs and ring barriers.    Tenzan and Kojima came to the ring with chairs.    Priestley low blowed both Tenzan and Kojima which allowed the Empire to get the advantage.   They fought all over ringside.   Tenzan and Kojima brought a table in the ring.   The referee is getting thrown around.  Tenzan and Kojima brought a table in the ring.   ECW!  ECW!  ECW!  Tenzan and Kojima tried to hit a 3D on O-Khan but Ospreay saved him.  The referee called the match a "no contest".

Ospreay grabbed mic and challenged Kojima to a No Disqualification match when they face off in Nagoya.   Kojima accepted the challenge.

Kevin Kelly asked ELP if he was staying at the commentary table.   ELP states as his hero once said "If you are good at something, never do it for free".  He said that if everyone likes his commentary then New Japan should give him a pay raise.   ELP left the commentary booth.

Yujiro Takahashi, Dick Togo and EVIL vs. Tomohiro Ishii, Hirooki Goto and Kazuchika Okada

Ishii pinned Takahashi with a brainbuster.   EVIL and Okada stared each other down after the match.

Tomoaki Honma and Master Wato vs. BUSHI and Tetsuya Naito

Naito pins Honma with a Jackknife roll up.   Naito continued to mess with Honma after the match by refusing to let go of the pin.

Kevin Kelly stated that El Phantasmo will join him on commentary when they travel to Nagoya.

Hiromu Takahashi, Shingo Takagi and SANADA vs. SHO, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and Kota Ibushi

Both teams fight to a Time Limit draw.  Good match.   All wrestlers were exhausted.  

On Saturday, January 30, the Nagoya card will be headlined by:

1.  NEVER Openweight Championship:  Shingo Takagi vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi

2.  No Disqualification Match:   Satoshi Kojima vs. Will Ospreay
