STACKED WWE NXT THIS WEEK, NEW DOCUMENTARIES ON NETWORK, SUPERSTAR SPECTACLE, WWE BACKSTAGE BACK FOR RUMBLE WEEK AND MORE

It is Royal Rumble 2021 week, so WWE will be super busy with programming.

The WWE Network debuted two new documentaries yesterday that are both streaming on the service and both are excellent - a WWE Chronicle on Bianca Belair and a documentary on the life and times of WWE Hall of Famer Pat Patterson.

Comedian Tiffany Hadish joins WWE Hall of Famer on tonight's edition of Straight Up Steve Austin.  Last week's episode of Ice-T was great:

The first-ever WWE Superstar Spectacle, designed for the Indian audience, will air tomorrow AM on the WWE Network, featuring:

*WWE Champion Drew McIntyre & Indus Sher vs. Jinder Mahal & The Bollywood Boyz.

*WWE NXT Champion Finn Balor vs. Guru Raaj.

*Charlotte Flair & Sareena Sandhu vs. Bayley and Natalya

*AJ Styles vs. Jeet Rama.

*Rey Mysterio & Ricochet & Dilsher Shanky & Giant Zanjeer vs. Dolph Ziggler & King Corbin & Shinsuke Nakamura & Cesaro.

*Also appearing are Ric Flair, The Street Profits and The New Day.

Wednesday's edition of WWE's The Bump will preview the Royal Rumble.

WWE NXT has a stacked show Wednesday evening on the USA Network, featuring:

*WWE NXT Champion Finn Balor & Kyle O'Reilly vs. WWE NXT Tag Team Champions Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch.

*WWE NXT Cruiserweight Champion Santos Escobar vs. Curt Stallion.

*Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Quarter-Final: MSK vs. Drake Maverick & Killian Dane.

*Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Quarter-Final: KUSHIDA & Leon Ruff vs. Grizzled Young Veterans.

*Women's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic First Round: Dakota Kai & Raquel Gonzales vs. Jessi Kamea & Aliyah.

There will be a marathon of all of this season's Total Bellas all day Thursday before the debut of the latest episode, featuring the following plot - "The Bellas head to Napa to see their newly purchased homes. Nicole struggles to tell Artem about her postpartum depression. Brie gets pushy with the rest of the Bella family. JJ, Brie tries to bring some Brie-mode back into Nicole's life."

Thursday's edition of NXT UK will feature an elimination Match to determine top contenders for NXT Tag Team Championship with Pretty Deadly (Sam Stoker & Lewis Howley) vs. Oliver Carter & Ashton Smith vs. The Hunt (Wild Boar & Primate) vs. Mark Andrews & Flash Morgan Webster as well as Ben Carter in action.

Nothing has been announced as of yet for the Royal Rumble 2021 go-home edition of Friday Night Smackdown on FOX.

FS1 will revive WWE Backstage as a Rumble preview special Friday at 10 PM EST with Renee Paquette, Booker T and Paige all appearing.  Paquette remains under contract to FOX, which is why she's still able to be part of this.  We are told CM Punk's deal with FOX has expired, so no word if he will be involved.

Sunday will be the 2021 Royal Rumble, so expect lots of additional programming announced for the weekend for the WWE Network and WWE's social media platforms in the hours to come.
