Former Ring of Honor Champion Dalton Castle, who recently became a free agent, filed for an official trademark on his ring name on 1/21.
The trademark is for goods and services in the realms of "Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer."
Castle remains in talks with ROH, but PWInsider.com has learned he passed on signing an addendum to his previous ROH deal.
