Cablefax reported earlier this month that El Rey Network will cease operations on 12/31.
The cable network launched in December 2013 and featured Lucha Underground for four episodic seasons as one of its primary pieces of programming. It also feature a talk show with Vampiro as well as legendary lucha films starring El Santo and Blue Demon.
The final scheduled piece of programming for the Network is an episode of Lucha Underground.
