Shota pinned Yuki Ueno and challenged him to a DDT Universal Championship match. The bout will take place in the main event of DDT’s show in Korakuen Hall on January 9.
Akito, Kazuki Hirata and Shota’s next KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Championships defense will be against Danshoku Dieno, HARASHIMA and Sanshiro Takagi at DDT’s show in Nagoya on February 23.
Jun Akiyama won the D-Oh Grand Prix final and will challenge Tetsuya Endo for the KO-D openweight Championship at Kawasaki Strong 2021 on February 14.
Dragon Gate
Dragon Gate held a show in Kobe Sambo Hall today.

Dragon Gate Generation decided to disband after losing to Masquerade in the main event. Genki Horiguchi, Kzy and Susumu Yokosuka agreed to reform Natural Vibes.
Dragon Gate announced a working relationship with Okinawa promotion Ryukyu Dragon Pro Wrestling today. Kota Minoura and Shun Skywalker will appear at RDPW’s show on January 3 and YAMATO and Yosuke Santa Maria will appear at RDPW’s show on February 14.
Dragon Gate will hold two shows in Okinawa on June 19 and 20 which will feature RDPW wrestlers.

All Japan Pro Wrestling’s Hikaru Sato held a one-night junior heavyweight tag team tournament in Shin-Kiba 1st Ring today.
The full results were:
• First round: Dan Tamura and Hikaru Sato def. Tetsuya Izuchi and Yu Iizuka
• First round: Hokuto Omori and Yusuke Kodama def. Izanagi and Masashi Takeda
• First round: Fuminori Abe and Koji Iwamoto def. Francesco Akira and Takayuki Ueki
• First round: Atsuki Aoyagi and Rising HAYATO def. Black Menso~re and SUSHI
• Semifinals: Dan Tamura and Hikaru Sato def. Hokuto Omori and Yusuke Kodama
• Semifinals: Atsuki Aoyagi and Rising HAYATO vs. Fuminori Abe and Koji Iwamoto – Time Limit Draw (10 minutes)
• Final: Dan Tamura and Hikaru Sato def. Atsuki Aoyagi and Rising HAYATO
Despite the time limit draw in the semifinals, Fuminori Abe and Koji Iwamoto were eliminated because the duo weighed more than Atsuki Aoyagi and Rising HAYATO. Abe and Iwamoto weighed 13.5kg more.

Quiet Storm is off the card due to injury. Taylor Adams (who was scheduled to face Storm in a singles match) will instead team with Ricky Fuji against Kyu Mogami and Shunsuke Sayama and Risa Sera will face Rina Shingaki (who was scheduled to be Fuji’s partner) in a singles match.
Ayato Yoshida will attempt his fifth defense of the 2AW Openweight Championship in the main event.
