The first-ever WWE UK Champion, Tyler Bate returned officially to NXT UK on today's episode.
Bate appeared on Noam Dar's SuperNova talk segment as a surprise, congratulating A-Kid on winning the NXT UK Heritage Cup, setting up a surprise match between the two on the same episode.
Bate had not been seen on WWE TV since NXT UK resumed production after pausing due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
