Do you see WWE ever inducting Floyd Mayweather into their Hall of Fame?

Of course they will one day.  He's a huge star who helped headline a Wrestlemania and has maintained a relationship with the company.  It's just a matter of time.

Where and when was the Steve Austin interview where he talked about getting fired taped?  He showed up at the ECW show in Middletown, NY where he debuted and did Steve-A-Mania and then the ECW Arena for Mikey vs. The Sandman but his attire doesn't fit the interview?  Did he get brought to ECW to film it?  Was it a different show I don't know of?

The Steve-A-Mania promo was shot in Middletown, NY after a house show where Austin made his ECW debut in September 1995.  His promo about Eric Bischoff firing him (which is what I THINK you are asking about) was filmed backstage at the ECW Arena after the 10/7 South Philly Jam event.  His Monday Nyquil promo was filmed the weekend of 10/28 on the top floor of what was then known as the Philadelphia Travelodge.  If you've never been there, trust me, you don't want to visit.

Why didn't Austin wrestle immediately in ECW?

He was still recovering from the torn triceps that led to his WCW firing.  So, he did promos and a brawl with Sandman before officially debuting in the ring as a surprise at the November to Remember 1995.

Why did he have a buzzcut in his final appearance?

He had already debuted for WWF as the RingMaster but hadn't debuted on television yet.  So, he finished out with the new look.

If you had to pick anyone you wished you could've seen in the UFC from pro wrestling in the past if it was around fifty years ago, who would it be? For me, Danny Hodge and Billy Robinson would be those two names.

I would agree on those names but imagine what a young Andre the Giant might have been able to do with modern day medical science and a driven interest to try MMA?
