This week's edition of MLW Fusion will be an extended episode for the Thanksgiving week holiday, so it will run longer than usual.
Last week's Fusion TV debut was delayed on FubuTV due to live sports programming running into the premiere's timeslot. We are told that will not be an issue going forward.
Calvin Tankman will be getting a huge push right out of the gate and will debut this week. He will also be doing a lot of media for the company this week.
The promotion is in the middle of an contractual impasse with Mance Warner, which is why he wasn't part of the Restart tapings.
The masked CONTRA-Unit member who laid out Alexander Hammerstone at the end of last week's Restart episode will be presented as a mercenary for the group and was referred to as The Black Hand but that will not be his ring name.
The promotion recently met with YouTube about fixing the monetization of their content and having it better optimized. Court Bauer has been very vocal that the company isn't making the level of money he believes it should be on the streaming platform and has been close at times to moving all the content to DAZN.
The Restart episode was, according to MLW sources, the highest viewed episode of MLW on DAZN to date. The promotion is very happy with the early YouTube numbers as well.
The Opera Cup will kick off this week.
