Doering is best known for his two stints with All Japan Pro Wrestling. He won the AJPW World Tag Team Championships four times and the Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship twice.
He has not competed for All Japan since the Real World Tag League final on December 9 last year. He has seemingly confirmed his departure from the Japanese company earlier this year, posting on Facebook: “For upcoming bookings please DM here. I will not be in All Japan Pro this year.”
Ironically, Doering debuted for Impact nearly 15 years ago at Turning Point 2005. He also wrestled Moose in 2016 at an Impact show co-promoted with Border City Wrestling.
Doering returned alongside Eric Young to attack Cody Deaner and Cousin Jake.
