King of Pro Wrestling Provisional Trophy: Toru Yano vs. Zack Sabre Jr. (no turnbuckle match)
Yano ties the boots of ZSJ to the ringside guardrails. ZSJ gets counted out. Yano retains to KOPW Trophy. Fine for what it was. Yano is always good for comedy.
NEVER Openweight Championship Match: Minoru Suzuki vs. Shingo Takagi
Takagi hits Last of the Dragon and pins Suzuki. Takagi is the NEW NEVER Openweight Champion! Brutal match. They beat the hell out of each other.
Kazuchika Okada vs. The Great O-Khan
Will Ospreay is at ringside in a suit. Okada locked in the Money Clip on O-Khan and his eyes looked glazed. The referee stopped the match. Okada wins. O-Khan is helped from the ring. Ospreay enters ring and addresses Okada. Ospreay challenges Okada at Wrestle Kingdom at the Tokyo Dome. He promises to end Okada’s career. Okada accepts the challenge and he will crush Ospreay.

IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Right to Challenge Contract: KENTA vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi
KENTA forces Tanahashi to submit to the Game Over. Wow! KENTA retains the IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Contract. Great match! Both wrestlers fought really hard.
IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Double Championship Right to Challenge Contract: Kota Ibushi vs. Jay White, with Gedo
White pinned Ibushi. Ibushi’s leg was on the ropes but the referee did not see it. Shocker! Ibushi lost the Contract to Challenge for the IWGP Double Championship. It was a good match. The ending stunned the crowd.
With Wrestle Kingdom on two nights, there could be time to tell the story of Ibushi’s climb back to the top.
IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Double Championship Match: Tetsuya Naito vs. EVIL, with Dick Togo
Naito pins EVIL with Destino. Wild match! Jay White and Kota Ibushi interfere. Yujiro Takahashi and SANADA interfere. Referee bumps and low blows. Good stuff!
Tetsuya Naito successfully defends his titles.
Jay White comes back to the ring to confront Naito. White tells him that he will take his titles on Night 2 of Wrestle Kingdom.
Ibushi comes back to the ring to confront White and chases him back to the locker room.
Naito takes the mic and thanks the fans for coming. He salutes his teammates in Los Ingobernales de Japon as confetti falls in the ring.
