WWE NXT UK REPORT: GALLUS IS BACK IN FULL FORCE, KAY LEE RAY/PIPER NIVEN IS NOT DONE . . . YET, AND MORE

We begin with a look back at last week’s main event between WALTER and Ilja Dragunov for the NXT UK Men’s Championship.

After the match, WALTER says he is the chosen one to bring honor to this sport.

We are in London, England and your announcers are Andy Shepherd and Nigel McGuinness.

Match Number One: Sam Gradwell, Sam Stoker, and Lewis Howley versus Mark Coffey, Joe Coffey, and Wolfgang

Stoker and Mark start things off. They lock up and Mark with an arm drag. They lock up and Mark with a hip toss and Stoker shows some frustration. Stoker with a waist lock and Mark with a wrist lock. Woflgang tags in and he works on the arm but Stoker with a drop kick and Howley tags in. They lock up and Wolfgang with a wrist lock and take down into a double wrist lock. Wolfgang with a shoulder tackle and Joe tags in.

Joe with a wrist lock and take down. They lock up and Joe sends Howley into the ropes. They go to a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and Joe with a take down and wrist lock. Joe takes Howley to the mat again with a wrist lock. Howley with a wrist lock take down but Joe holds on to the wrist lock. Howley goes for a hip toss but Joe blocks it and he hip tosses Howley.

Gradwell tags in and they lock up. Joe with a side head lock. Gradwell with a back elbow and forearm to the back. Joe with an arm wringer and running shoulder tackle. Mark and Wolfgang stop Stoker and Howley. Gallus poses in the ring as the referee counts Gradwell on the floor. They lock up and Gradwell slaps Joe and tags in Howley. Joe with an arm bar and he Irish whips Howley into the corner a few times. Wolfgang tags in and snap mares Howley but Howley with a cartwheel and then he sends Wolfgang to the floor and Wolfgang may have injured his knee. Stoker kicks Wolfgang while Howley distracts the referee. Howley gets a near fall. Stoker tags in and Wolfgang with a clothesline to Howley and a hip toss to Stoker. Mark tags in and Wolfgang with a shoulder and Mark with a forearm to the back of the head. Mark with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. Stoker with an arm drag into an arm bar. Mark with an arm bar and Stoker escapes and tags in Howley. Mark with an arm drag but Howley with a side head lock. Mark with a side head lock and Stoker tags in and hits a DDT for a near fall.

Stoker with knee drops to the arm in a hammer lock. Howley tags in and kicks Mark and drops a forearm across the throat. Howley with knees and Mark with punches. Gradwell tags in and connects with a forearm and snap mare followed by knees to the back. Gradwell with a reverse chin lock. Gradwell with European uppercuts and a forearm. Gradwell with a slam and he knocks Wolfgang off the apron. The referee tells Joe to get back on the apron. Mark with a side Russian leg sweep. Mark sends Gradwell into the corner and Howley tags in. Mark kicks Howley away and Joe tags in and hits flying shoulder tackles. Joe with a back body drop to Howley and an arm drag back drop to Stoker. Joe with a belly-to-belly suplex to Howley followed by a butterfly swing and a butterfly suplex for a near fall.

Wolfgang sends Gradwell to the floor and the referee warns Woflgang. Stoker is clotheslined over the top rope. Howley with a forearm to Joe and Gradwell tags in and Gradwell with an STO for a near fall. Gradwell gets Joe up but Joe escapes and kicks Gradwell in the knee and hits a clothesline for the three count.

Winners: Mark Coffey, Joe Coffey, and Wolfgang

We go to comments from Noam Dar and A-Kid about their match tonight. A-Kid says that Noam Dar has gotten into his head and he mentions their match from March. He says he had Dar scouted. Dar says the last time they met, he put him down and he will do it again. A-Kid says he has to be better to win. He overcomes these situations and Noam Dar will be no different. Dar says he sees himself in A-Kid. I don’t need external validation.

A-Kid says he had a tough match against Flash Morgan Webster in the first round. Right now, I feel like I am living the dream. I know this is reality and the reality is that A-Kid will be in the finals.

We go to commercial.

We are back and we take a look at what happened last week when The Hunt attacked Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster.

Andy mentions that Webster and Andrews are not cleared to wrestle.

We see footage of Rampage Brown appearing at the NXT UK Performance Centre with Sid Scala. He wants to see some of the training going on. They go to sign Brown’s contract.

Match Number Two: Aleah James versus Jinny

They lock up and Jinny backs James into the corner. James pushes Jinny and Jinny pushes back. They lock up and Jinny with a hip lock take down. James with a take down into an arm bar. Jinny with knees to the midsection and a hard Irish whip. Jinny kicks James but James kicks back. Jinny with kicks to the back. James with a drop kick.

Jinny blocks a kick and sends James to the mat. Jinny kicks James and hits a short arm clothesline for a near fall. Jinny slaps James and applies a straitjacket choke. Jinny puts her knees in James’ back but James gets up and Jinny kicks James to the mat. Jinny kicks James and punches her. Jinny with an Irish whip and James floats over and does a matrix and hits a head scissors. James misses a cross body.

Jinny with a rolling Liger Kick for the three count.

Winner: Jinny

After the match, Jinny takes the mic and she says this is an example of how ruthless she can be. There is reason why she is the queen of NXT UK. She has what none of the other have, killer instinct. There are people who think they are untouchable and think they should be at the top of the division like Piper Niven.

Piper’s music plays and she makes her way to the ring. Piper tells her to say it to her face.

Kay Lee Ray makes her way to the stage and she says you two are funny. She says she likes to talk as much as you. I have something that backs that up and it is gold and it is around her waist. Neither of you will ever have it. Since you don’t have this to back up your claims, why not try something else.

Kay Lee pushes a chair into the center of the ring. Kay Lee says Jinny would stab her grandmother in the back to get a title shot. Piper, you don’t have what it takes. You had the perfect opportunity to take everything and you threw it away. Let’s find out who has that killer instinct.

Jinny slaps Piper and Piper with a head butt that sends Jinny to the mat. Piper grabs the chair and she hits Jinny in the back with it. James tries to stop Niven. Piper with a Piper Driver to to James and then she gives Jinny a Piper Driver onto the chair.

Kay Lee Ray is a bit shocked at what she sees and she falls down as she backs up. Kay Lee Ray runs to the back while Niven follows.

We go a video with Eddie Dennis and The Hunt.

We go to commercial.

We are back and we see footage from the commercial break where Piper Niven got her hands on Kay Lee Ray. Officials separate them and Piper has separated the title belt from Kay Lee. Niven drops the title belt and walks away.

In two weeks, Piper Niven will face Kay Lee Ray for the NXT UK Women’s Championship in a Falls Count Anywhere Match.

Next week, Rampage Brown makes his debut. The other semifinal match in the Heritage Cup will take place with Trent Seven facing Dave Mastiff.

Match Number Three: A-Kid versus Noam Dar in a Second Round Match in the NXT UK Heritage Cup Tournament

Round One

They start with a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and A-Kid with a front face lock but Dar with a wrist lock. A-Kid escapes the wrist lock. They lock up and Dar with a take down and A-Kid with a front face lock. Dar tries to escape and he does with a fireman’s carry into a wrist lock. A-Kid gets back to his feet for a moment but Dar sends him back to the mat. Dar with a side head lock.

A-Kid with a side head lock and flying shoulder tackle. A-Kid with a side head lock take down. A-Kid with a side head lock take down and Dar with a head scissors. A-Kid with another side head lock take down. Dar tries to send A-Kid off the ropes but A-Kid holds on. Dar puts A-Kid on the top rope and Dar with a running boot to knock A-Kid to the floor as the round ends.

Round Two

They start with a Greco Roman Knuckle Lock and Dar with a cravate. A-Kid with a take down and Dar with a side head lock. A-Kid with a cartwheel and springboard arm drag and drop kick for a near fall. Dar puts A-Kid on the turnbuckles and A-Kid with a boot to Dar but Dar kicks A-Kid and sends A-Kid to the mat. Dar with a splash to the leg.

Dar sends A-Kid into the turnbuckles. A-Kid with a chop and Dar with a kick. Dar stomps on the hand. Dar with a wrist lock and A-Kid with forearms. A-Kid falls over Dar and Dar with the North Sea Back Slide for a near fall and A-Kid goes for an STF and applies it and turns it into a crossface as the round ends.

Round Three

Dar goes into the ropes to keep A-Kid back. Dar with a front face lock. A-Kid escapes and works on the arm while Dar tries to return to the front face lock. Dar holds on to the ropes on an O’Connor Roll attempt. A-Kid with a German suplex into an arm bar submission but Dar escapes and gets a near fall with a rollup. A-Kid comes off the apron and avoids Dar’s kick. Dar misses a splash into the corner. A-Kid with kicks and he goes for an arm bar. Dar with a kick and elbow. Dar with a flatliner.

Dar with a running forearm to the back of the head for a near fall. Dar goes for an Omaplata but A-Kid fights it but has to tap out.

Dar 1 Fall, A-Kid 0 Falls

Round Four

Dar with a running kick to the knee. Dar stomps on the arm and then he stomps on the legs. Dar takes time to pose before finishes the Dar Stomp. A-Kid with a chop and forearms. Dar with a kick to the knee and shoulders to the midsection. A-Kid goes for a sleeper but Dar goes for a belly-to-back suplex. A-Kid lands on his feet and A-Kid with a rollup and bridge for the three count.

Dar 1 Fall, A-Kid 1 Fall

Round Five

Dar with a kick to the leg and A-Kid blocks a kick and slaps Dar. A-Kid misses a drop kick into the corner and hits the turnbuckles. Dar with a forearm to A-Kid on the forearm. Dar kicks A-Kid on the apron and hits a hesitation drop kick to send A-Kid to the floor. Dar kicks A-Kid on the floor and then Dar kisses the trophy a few times.

A-Kid with a kick from the apron and Dar gets back into the ring before the ten count. A-Kid with a kick and he gets a near fall. A-Kid goes to the apron and he goes up top. A-Kid with a cross body and he gets a near fall. A-Kid slaps Dar and Dar slaps back. A-Kid with a forearm and Dar with strikes. They go back and forth with punches and the round ends.

Round Six

Dar misses a kick to the leg and A-Kid misses a kick. Dar with a kick and A-Kid goes for a German suplex but Dar blocks it and he kicks A-Kid. Dar with a rollup for a near fall. A-Kid gets a near fall. A-Kid with a rollup for a near fall. Dar gets a near fall to block a triangle. A-Kid with an omoplata but Dar escapes and gets a near fall with a rollup. A-Kid with a cross arm breaker. Dar with punches to escape the hold.

Both men with clotheslines and Dar with a kick. Dar blocks a kick from A-Kid and Dar with a back elbow. Dar runs into a jumping round kick and A-Kid has Dar tied up and Dar taps out.

Winner: A-Kid (advances to Finals)
