LIO RUSH, THE FORMER ROWAN DEBUT: COMPLETE PRIMETIME LIVE COVERAGE

The UWN World Championship contines. 

UWN Primetime Live kicks off with Todd Keneley at the desk with the UWN World Title belt.  Some unforseen circumstances have taken place which will necessitate a change to the tournament.  He never specifically said COVID was the cause nor was he specific about what those changes may be.  Lio Rush comes out and cuts a promo about how he is the real gold.  Lio is here to see who steps up to the plate against him tonight.  Rush continues to be gold on the mic.

Lio Rush vs. Fidel Bravo

Lockup and an armtwist by Rush.  Bravo reverses but Rush maintains a headlock.  Shoulderblock by Rush and a slap across the face.  Counter armdrag by Bravo and a running dropkick for a 1 count.  Antother runnug dropkick, this time for 2.  Rush bullies him into the corner and lands chops and kicks.  Bravo tries a series of clotheslines, but Rush evades him and nails a dropkick.  Belly to back for 2 by Rush.  Rush rubs Bravo's face into the mat and applies a body lock.  Bravo tosses Rush off of him and nails a forearm.  He ties a charge in the corner and misses.  Tornado kick by Rush for 2.  Rush to the top but Bravo gets out of the way and rolls Rush up for 2.  Hurancanrana by Bravo into a clothesline and another dropkick.  DDT foe 2 by Bravo.  Rush backdrops Bravo to the apron and chokes him against the top rope.  Spinning back kick by Rush and he nails a frog splash for the pin.

WINNER: Lio Rush

James Kincaid and Blake Troop join Todd Keneley.  As mentioned before, some changes have been made in the UWN Title Tournament.  Shawn Daivari and Rocky Romero have now entered as substitutes, with Fred Rosser moving over to the other block to take on the former Erick Rowan, Erick Redbeard.

Fred Rosser vs. Erick Redbeard (UWN World Title Tournament- 1st Round)

Erick bullies Rosser from the ring.  Chop and a headlock by Rosser.  Rosser comes off the rope and fails to bring Erick off his feet.  Shoulderblock by Redbeard, followed by chops and a headbutt in the corner.  Erick misses a boot in the corner.  It was Watts who was forced out of this match, necessitating Rosser move into his spot against Redbeard.  They battle on the apron and Redbeard with a clothesline.  Redbeard pounds away in the corner and connects with a bodyslam and splash for 2.  Redbeard goes to work in the corner.  Redbeard misses a hip attack in the corner.  Rosser with a series of clotheslines but Redbeard chases him down with a big clothesline.  Vertical suplex for 1 by Redbeard.  Running forearm for 2 by Redbeard.  Redbeard drives his knuckles into Rossers temples.  Desperation elbow by Rosser but Redbeard with a crossbody.  Redbeard misses a charge and nails the post with his shoulder.  Action briefly spills to the outside and Rosser hits a legdrop, both men are laid out on the floor.  Rosser with a belly to back on the apron and rolls Redbeard back in the ring for 2.  Claw by Redbeard followed by a sitout sideslam for 2.  Redbeard argues the count with the referee and shoves him to the ground and is immediately disqualified.

WINNER: Fred Rosser (disqualification)

Redbeard continues the attack.  He slams Rosser into the post and the ramp.  Redbeard slams Rosser in the ribs with a steel chair.  Redbeard ties up Rosser's arm on the stage and slams it with the chair.

Miranda Alize vs. Heather Monroe w/ Halston Body

They begin by trading go behinds and a headlock by Alize, reversed by Monroe and a takedown by Alize.  They lockup, armdrag takedown by Alize, Monroe follows with one of her own.  Headscissors into a cradle for 2 by Alize.  Hurancanrana by Alize, she tries a monkey flip but Monroe catches her and kicks her in the corner, getting a 2 count.  Snap suplex by Monroe for 2.  Running elbow by Monroe, Alize rolls to the outside the break momentum.  Alize catches Monroe with a clothesline and she goes into an armbar, ultimately stomping the arm.  Alize rains forearms to the shoulder.  Alize with a series of forearms but Monroe with a sunset flip for 2.  Alize gets the edge with chops and stomps down again on Monroe's arm.  Monroe fights back and nails a side kick.  Senton by Monroe and she stomps her into the mat and gets a 2 count. Running knee by Alize for 2.  Forearm by Monroe but a cutter for 2 by Alize.  Michinoku Driver out of nowhere by Monroe for the pin.

WINNER: Heather Monroe

The following announcement has been paid for by Aron Stevens.  Stevens quotes Hamlet and he keeps saying the word "Question".  Next week, Stevens has vowed to produce Mongrovia's greatest import, The Question Mark.

Rocky Romero vs. Shawn Daivari (UWN World Title Tournament first round)

We get a lockup, Rocky showboats.  Angered, Daivari attacks but gets taken down by a headlock.  He forces the action into the corner and the 2 slug it out.  Backbreaker by Daivari, followed by chops and a whip into the buckles.  Rocky avoids the charge and nails a clothesline and a running kneestrike.  Rocks sends Daivari into the post.  Rocky stomps him hard on the mat and delivers an elbowstrike to Daivari's shoulder.  Double stomp by Rocky for 2.  Kicks by Rocky, Daivari tries to fire back and connects with a backbreaker for 2.  Action spills to the outside and Daivari twice sends Rocky into the apron.  Back in the ring, Daivari gets a 2 count and slaps on a body scissors.  Suplex by Daivari.  Action spills now over to the ramp.  Rocky nails Sliced Rocky on the ramp, both men are down.  Rocky rolls him back in and gets a 2 count.  THey exchange forearms and punches & chops.  Flying knee by Romero and scores a 2 count with a variation of Sliced Rocky.  Daivari rolls up Romero for a surprise pin.

WINNER: Shawn Daivari

Kevin Martenson vs. Mike Bennett (UWM World Title Tournament)

Code of Honor adhered to and we go right into a forearm exchange.  Sharpshooter by Martenson, Bennett powers out.  They exchange chops.  The battle spills to the outside on the ramp, Martenson connects with a headbutt but gets backdropped into the ring.  Chops in the corner by Bennett and a pair of running forearms for 2.  Bennett with a slingshot, Martenson gets slammed off the rope but uses his momentum to nail a knee strike.  He goes off the rope but Bennett gets the knees up.  Superkick by Bennett.  Bennett hits an attitude adjustment on the apron.  Spear by Bennett but Martenson scores a double leg takedown and a double stomp.  Martenson drives Bennett into the corner and nails another double stomp.  Martenson off the top rope, Bennett gets his legs up but Martenson scouted it, applying the sharpshooter.  The pain in Martenson's back forces him to break.  Kick by Martenson into a brainbuster for 2.  Bennett rolls to the outside but eats a tope suicida.  They trader shot on the apron.  Bennett shoves Martenson off the buckle to the ramp.  Big spear by Bennett into a piledriver for the pin
