IWTV “The Masked Wrestler: Episode 3”?10/28/20

Last week, Skid (identity as yet unknown) defeated Falcor (revealed as KTB) in the 2nd episode of this tournament of mystery - 

Tonight, two more mysterious competitors enter the ring in the next round of a single elimination tournament to determine the next challenger for WARHORSE’s IWTV Championship. Kris Statlander, Billy Dixon and Mr. Brickster are your ringside...judges? Do they get points for guessing correctly? I’m STILL not sure how this part works, tbh. Denver Colorado and Dylan Hales are your match commentators. Larry Legend is your announcer. ??

So who is fighting this week? Marmalade might be a trained dancer? Wyldkat may be from a feared submission school? Who know, these could have been lies! Everyone is always so confident that the mystery of their identity will throw their opponent off.

Match: Marmalade (orange mask) vs Wyldkat (grey mask)

Wyldkat is aggressive right out of the gate, tossing Marmalade around at first. Marmalade counters with a head scissors and a pin attempt. Wyldkat with a body slam for a two count. Wyldkat with a Gory Special submission but Marmalade gets out and hits a handspring ddt. Marmalade keeps the pressure on with quick pin reversal attempts. Getting a thought on who they might be. Wyldkat take a cheap advantage and slams their head back to the canvas after a near collision with the ref. Sidewalk slam and Marmalade is down for the count.

Winner: Wyldkat

Mr Brickster calls WARHORSE. They think it’s Boomer Hatfield. Wrong. Billy Dixon thinks it’s Lady Frost.....HE’S RIGHT! Kris Statlander says that was her guess too...

While I’m annoyed I will have to type the name Wyldkat several more times in the near future, this was a good quick match and episode. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with all the reveals so looking forward to the rest of these episodes. Feeling like the show is hitting its stride with the guessing games over everyone’s identity, which remains a fun game to play at home.
