Chris Guy aka Ace Steel, who had departed WWE as part of their cutbacks in April, is back working as a Coach for the NXT system and has been at recent tryouts.
Among those seen at the tryouts recently include second generation star Colby Corino, former EVOLVE star Anthony Henry and Blake Christian, who has some amazing aerial ability and has worked for GCW and New Japan Strong this year.
Former WWE developmental talent Tino Sabbatelli is also back under a new NXT deal, PWInsider.com is told. He had been released several months back as part of the cutbacks.
For those who have asked about taking part in the NXT Thunderdome, you can't. Most of, if not all the fans on the screen are actually repurposed Thunderdome footage from previous Raw and Smackdown episodes. For those who have asked about attending NXT tapings, we are told WWE is only letting a small group of invited fans from the NXT mailing list into the Wednesday tapings.
As previously reported by PWInsider.com, the next Takeover will be Sunday 12/6.
