New Japan Pro Wrestling held its twelfth G1 Climax show today in Zip Arena Okayama.

The full results were:

• B block: Tetsuya Naito def. Juice Robinson

Following today’s show, the updated B block standings are:

1. Tetsuya Naito (5-1 record): 10 points
2. Hirooki Goto (3-3 record): 6 points

Dragon Gate

Dragon Gate has announced Kaito Ishida will defend the Open the Brave Gate Championship against Keisuke Okuda The Gate of Destiny 2020 in Edion Arena Osaka on November 3.

Okuda betrayed Ishida and joined R?E?D at yesterday’s show in Korakuen Hall.

The match will be Ishida’s fifth defense of the championship. He previously defended it against Okuda in June earlier this year.

Dragon Gate has also confirmed the cards for its October 10 and 11 shows.

The full cards are:

October 10 in Toyama
• Ben-K and Yosuke Santa Maria vs. Don Fujii and Kagetora
• Kento Kobune and Taketo Kamei vs. Punch Tominaga vs. Ryotsu Shimizu
• Dragon Kid, Naruki Doi and Ultimo Dragon vs. Ho Ho Lun, Kota Minoura and Madoka Kikuta
• BxB Hulk and Diamante vs. Jason Lee and U-T

October 11 in Kyoto

The October 11 show will be streamed live on the Dragon Gate Network at 5pm JST, 9am BST, 4am ET.

Big Japan Pro Wrestling

Big Japan Pro Wrestling has announced Takayuki Ueki and Toshiyuki Sakuda’s departure from the company.

However, Sakuda confirmed he and Ueki will continue to appear in Big Japan as freelancers on his blog, which can be read here.

Big Japan has confirmed the full card for its show in Korakuen Hall on October 20, headlined by the Saikyo Tag League final.

The full card is:

• Saikyo Tag League deathmatch: Isami Kodaka and Yuko Miyamoto vs. Ryuji Ito and Shunma Katsumata
• Saikyo Tag League: Daichi Hashimoto and Hideyoshi Kamitani vs. Fuminori Abe and Takuya Nomura
• Kota Sekifuda and Tatsuhiko Yoshino vs. Yusuke Kodama and Yuya Aoki
• Akira Hyodo, Daisuke Sekimoto and Yuji Okabayashi vs. Kuma Arashi, Ryota Hama and Yasufumi Nakanoue
• Deathmatch: Kankuro Hoshino and Yuki Ishikawa vs. Ryuichi Sekine and Takumi Tsukamoto

Additionally, Big Japan announced it will hold a show in Shin-Kiba 1st Ring on November 13.

DDT Pro-Wrestling

Orange Cassidy pinned Dean Malenko to win the Ironman Heavymetalweight Championship yesterday.

Joey Janela uploaded a video of the title change on his Twitter.

As Janela pointed out, Malenko had the third longest reign in the title’s history. This is Cassidy’s first reign with the championship.
