XFL TRADEMARK UPDATES

On 8/21, Alpha Opco, a subsidiary of Alpha Acquico, took over ownership of all registered and pending trademarks, patents, and website registrations previously owned by Alpha Entertainment. 

These includes trademarks to the 'Alpha Entertainment' name itself, and XFL IP from the inaugural 2001 season.
