NWA PRESIDENT BILLY CORGAN UPDATES ON STATUS OF PROMOTION

The NWA issued the following statement on the future of the promotion from President Billy Corgan:

Over the last several days, the promotion has issued a survey asking fans about their enthusiasm towards the NWA Powerrr series and their willingness to purchase a pay-per-view from the promotion moving forward in the current landscape. 

The email sent to NWA fans noted, "The landscape of wrestling has changed over this past year for no fault of anyone's. We are working and trying to determine the best way to bring back Powerrr. With the answers to these survey questions, we can begin planning even further. As always our end goal is to provide you the fan great quality entertainment while honoring the history and legacy of the NWA name."

In the survey, the NWA asked where fans would rank the NWA in the top five of wrestling shows and what makes a good wrestling pay-per-view. The survey also asked whether fans were subscribed to WWE Network or other wrestling streaming services along with basic demographic data.
