WHAT TO LOOK FOR BEFORE PLAYING VIDEO GAMES

By Kendall Jenkins on 2020-09-28 15:31:00

According to American Psychologists, playing video games may boost children’s health, learning, and social skills within no time. This study comes out of the ongoing debate among psychologists and other health professionals around the world. They’re considering both kinds of games, violent and nonviolent.

Games like togel Singapura are suggested by the professionals where you can find peace of mind and pleasure at the same time. Although there are hundreds of studies on the negative impact of video gaming, things are changing towards their benefits as well.

Many people argue that school is far better than playing online games and sitting alone at home. But is this argument complete enough to eliminate video games from our kid’s lives? No, not at all. Here are the reasons that can challenge this argument.

Know addiction first

Our dictionary says that addiction is a particular habit that is not in our controls, like drug consumption etc. It’s because whatever thing has physical effects on our bodies is considered a bad habit. It’s upon the will of the person that what kind of addiction he is upgrading in their lives.

Many of them can be addicted to online gaming, playing with their gadgets, and workout as well. But the question is how do we know that we’re addicted to something? The answer is simple. If you perform a particular activity more than forty days regularly: it becomes your addiction.

Are Addictions good or bad?

All addictions are not bad. Because you may develop a habit of reading 20 pages of a particular book every day. This becomes your pleasant addiction. The same goes for online video games. If you want to play video games three hours a day, it’ll have a great effect on your health, learning skills, and social skills at the same time.

How does it make you happy and healthy?

Whenever you accomplish a particular level, you feel proud and self-confident. That ultimately becomes a source of happiness and peace of mind for you. On the other hand, you not only engaged mentally but physically as well.

You move your whole body when you try to take a u-turn of your GTA car. And you don’t even feel that you’re doing exercise. These tiny things keep you happy and healthy in your daily routines of playing online video games.

In the end, we’d say that don’t judge video gaming based upon the opinions but according to the researches and proven facts.
