Raw Underground. Really? Is that a good idea?
We shall see on Tuesday when the ratings come out. For a week, it helped lift the Raw number. If it continues to do so, it’s a good idea. If not, it’s another dart thrown at the wall.
Is Shane McMahon the answer to fixing the Raw ratings?
For one week, he added a bump. Much like Raw Underground, it’s too soon to say. If he stays a fixture on Raw, he can be ready to sweat a lot in Florida.
What was Sammy Guevara thinking, throwing a chair at Matt Hardy’s face?
He wasn’t, that was the problem. He really screwed up, you just can’t hurt someone who is leaving themselves exposed like that. It was hard to watch.
What do you think of NXT pulling Dexter Lumis from the North American Title match?
It all depends, on a few things. For one thing, if he wasn’t going to win the Title, it’s not a bad idea to pull him so that he can be a challenger who hasn’t got a shot yet. If they make him the mystery man next week, and he wins, it could make for a really good story at Takeover XXX.
Is there too much blood in AEW?
For me personally? Absolutely. I don’t like intentional blood in matches during regular times but in the middle of a pandemic? I really don’t like it. I know talents are tested but you can be negative today and positive tomorrow. But on the flip side, if AEW’s audience likes it, TNT doesn’t care and it juices ratings (pun intended), they won’t really care what I think, and they shouldn’t
