5 WAYS TO INCREASE YOUR BODY CONFIDENCE

Anyone can tell you how vital body confidence is, but all of it means nothing until you can truly believe it yourself. Two women can have a similar body type, but one carries herself with confidence, while the other looks shy and uncomfortable. Which one is more attractive to you? People can see your confidence in the way you walk, in the way you talk, in the way you present yourself. Confidence is extremely attractive! Getting comfortable in your body and starting to love yourself may take some time. In the meanwhile, you can fake it until you make it! Here are some ways to increase your body confidence.

Wear slimming undergarments.

Pamper yourself! Thank your body for being there for you and serving you every single day! It doesn't matter if you want to have bigger breasts or a slimmer figure. Your body supports you today and every single day. Show some gratitude! Go for a massage, take a spa day, have a mani-pedi. You can even pamper yourself at home. Draw a warm bath, use a fancy scrub and moisturizer, and give yourself a manicure. No one is perfect; learn to love yourself the way you are.

Wear clothes that fit well.

You already know that looking good can make you feel good. Transfer that to your wardrobe. Get rid of all the clothes that make you feel uncomfortable, and get some new clothes that highlight your best features. Show off your long legs or your beautiful cleavage. Don’t hide your body under layers of baggy clothes. Be proud of the way your body looks!

Posture

One way to spot an insecure person is by their posture. Someone who isn't proud of their body will often try to hide by lifting their shoulders, curving their back, and looking down at the ground. Not only does it make you look shorter, but it also creates the appearance of a belly and takes attention away from your beautiful face. Stand up straight and look directly in front of you! Don't shy away from eye contact. Maintaining a good posture will immediately boost your confidence.

Find a workout you enjoy.

Treating yourself isn’t always about having a cheat meal or staying in bed for the whole day. It’s important to stay active. Exercise your body the same way you exercise your mind at work or school. Working out doesn’t have to be a miserable experience. Find a workout you’ll enjoy! Maybe you like swimming, running, or playing tennis. Working out releases endorphins that make you feel more motivated and content.
