We lost a great one today! Mr. Wrestling II, Johnny Walker was a close friend for 50 years. Maybe Georgia's biggest star. I dropped the Georgia Championship belt to him in 1974, during the Atlanta War, and the rest was history. RIP my good friend.

Like everyone, we are saddened to learn of the passing of Johnny Walker, Mr. Wrestling II. He was the top contender for the NWA title when my cable system added WTCG (WTBS) in 1977 and I first got to see him on "Georgia Championship Wrestling." One of the greats.
