NEW JAPAN FILES 'WRESTLE DYNASTY' TRADEMARK

New Japan Pro Wrestling filed a trademark on 5/27 for Wrestle Dynasty, which is the title of their now-postponed return to New York City's Madison Square Garden.  The trademark application is for the following:

-G & S: Clothing, namely, shirts, pants, head wear, parkas, sweatpants, sweatshirts, jackets, trousers, bandanas, t-shirts; garters; sock suspenders; braces for clothing, namely, suspenders; waistbands; belts for clothing; footwear other than special footwear for sports; masquerade costumes; clothing for sports, namely, t-shirts, jerseys, and padded shorts; boots for sports

-G & S: Consulting services about education; arranging, conducting and organization of seminars in the field of martial arts; production of radio or television programs; production of videotape film in the field of education, culture, entertainment or sports, except for movies or television programs and not for advertising or publicity; organization of martial arts and wrestling sporting events; organization of live martial arts tournaments; booking of seats for shows; presentation of live show performances; direction or presentation of plays; presentation of musical performances; organization of social entertainment events, excluding movies, shows, plays, musical performances, sports, horse races, bicycle races, boat races and auto races, namely, wrestling competitions and martial arts competitions; planning arrangement of movies, shows, plays or musical performances; movie theaters; movie film presentations, production and distribution; providing on-line videos featuring martial arts, not downloadable; providing on-line videos, namely, video presentations about wrestling and martial arts; rental of sports equipment except vehicles
