Luke Gallows' company Wrestlemerica filed a trademark on "TALKNSHOPAMANIA" on 4/29. That teases live events under the Talking Shop podcast name, noting the filing is for "Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network"
This fell under the radar at the time, but James Storm filed trademarks on his ring name and his "Sorry About Your Damn Luck" catchphrase back in February.
