Former WWE NXT star and CHIKARA Champion Kimber Lee, 29, officially debuted on tonight's episode of Impact Wrestling, portrayed as someone from Jessika Havok's past. She and Havok have faced off in the past, dating back to the earliest era of their careers.
Lee was originally trained by Drew Gulak at the CZW Academy and was a regular there, Beyond Wrestling and CHIKARA for several years, including a run as CHIKARA's Champion, where she played a great, likable babyface.
Lee was signed to a NXT deal in 2016 under the ring name Abbey Laith. She was never regularly utilized or pushed on television. She was released in 2018. A year later, Lee publicly acknowledged that she had been battling alcoholism but had been sober for some time.
After her WWE release, Lee toured for STARDOM in Japan. Her Impact run will be the first national TV exposure of her career beyond a few NXT appearances.
