WWE NXT star Taynara Conti, 24, has been released, PWInsider.com can confirm. The release took place today. The Brazilian-born star was signed to NXT in 2017, competed in the first two Mae Young Classic tournaments and had been featured on NXT TV, but not in a consistent role.
Also released:
*Tino Sabbatelli - Signed in October 2014, Sabbatelli was signed after a long career in the NFL. He debuted in 2016, teaming with Riddick Moss, but had been out of action for a long time due to injuries. He returned to the ring in January but had not returned to NXT TV.
*Cezar Bononi - Bononi was signed in October 2015 and debuted on NXT TV in 2017.
*Mars Wang, a recruit from China, who was signed in March 2018.
There were expected to be additional names released as well today, but we have not yet confirmed additional names.
