World Wrestling Entertainment has pulled the plug on this Friday's Smackdown taping in Detroit, Michigan and will instead broadcast Friday Night Smackdown and 205 Live this week from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, PWInsider.com has confirmed with multiple sources.
We are told the decision was made today due to the current coronavirus outbreak.
We are told an official announcement regarding the change is forthcoming, likely tomorrow. PWInsider.com has reached out to WWE for comment. Tickets are still listed on sale via Ticketmaster as of this writing.
There is no word whether this means this coming Monday's Raw taping or additional tapings will also follow suit.
