Following Tyson Fury's incredible victory over American knockout artist Deontay Wilder in Las Vegas, the heavyweight division is finally back in the big time.
A mainstream audience tuned in to witness Fury dismantle and ultimately stop Wilder in seven one-sided rounds at the world-famous MGM Grand Garden Arena, securing another great overseas performance from a top British fighter.
While Fury reigns supreme as officially the best heavyweight in the world, with Anthony Joshua hopefully set to challenge him for that moniker at some point this year, there are plenty of other rising stars on the division's horizon.
Two of those such talents are Daniel Dubois and Joe Joyce, who have agreed to meet each other on April 11th for another huge heavyweight battle.
Both fighters are highly regarded in the division and have been tipped to go on to great things, potentially emulating the likes of Fury and Joshua in becoming world champions as well.
But before any talk of world honours, each of the two men must overcome what is set to be their toughest tests to date respectively. It's Dubois that will enter proceedings as the odds-on 2/7 favourite with bet365 in the latest boxing odds. Meanwhile, Joyce is a 5/2 outsider to prevail here with a huge career victory which would derail the hype behind his hard-hitting opponent.
Both men have been busy halting opponents early during the course of their respective professional careers, sharing an impressive 22 knockout wins between them so far.
So, the consensus thinking is that this awaited battle of British heavyweight prospects won't be going the scheduled 12-round distance.
Dubois has been taken 10 rounds once so far as a pro, while Joyce went 12 in his unanimous decision success over Bryant Jennings last time out.
Whoever wins this one will be in line for a shot at world honours down the line. Dubois in particular has been pushed towards that goal early on and, at just 22 years of age, he clearly has the attributes needed to go very far.
He'll face a stern hurdle in the form of Joe Joyce at The O2 Arena in London come May 11th. Joyce is the WBA 'Gold' champion and the former commonwealth and WBA Continental titleholder, ranked number one by the EBU.
It's a bout that's been brewing for some time now, with the pair having been put forward to contest for the British title last summer. Though they were made to wait and went in different directions at the time, as Dubois took on Nathan Gorman and Joyce met Jennings.
But it's finally on and the latest heavyweight star will further add to his reputation with a victory on May 11th, when either Daniel Dubois or Joe Joyce will have their hand raised in the English capital with a career-best triumph.
