By Kendall Jenkins on 2020-02-04 09:16:00

It's early into the year 2020. You've kept all your New Year's resolutions so far -- you've quit smoking, turned vegan and cut back on your screen time. Fortunately, you allowed yourself one guilty pleasure: betting on WWE Pay-Per-View ( PPV) matches.

If sticking to a budget was one of your other New Year's resolutions, you'll want to keep this list of 2020 PPV events where you can refer to it regularly. Get ready to plan your sport betting!

We'll start with the fixtures that have been finalized, like the Súper Showdown at the end of February, the Elimination Chamber in March, and the April Wrestle Mania, and others. There are a few fixtures that have not been finalized; these include WWE Extreme Rules in July, the NXT TakeOver: War Games IV in November 2020 and the WWE Survivor Series, both held in November.

There are still five months without a fixture for this year. These are May, June, September, October and December.

January

We've already got three PPVs under our belts so far this year:

  • NXT UK Take Over: Blackpool II -- Held on January 12 at the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool featured five events.

  • Worlds Collide: NXT vs. NXT UK. Held at the Toyota Center in Houston, this was an action-filled night. Altogether, there were six matches, including the NXT Women's Championship.

  • WWE Royal Rumble. On January 25, the Arena formerly known as Astros Field, Minjte Maid Park in Houston hosted "a night of thrills, spills and ... (intentionally left blank for those who may not yet have watched).

February

This month has two fixtures on the list: An NXT Take Over in Portland and the WWE Super Showdown in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Both nights are within a period when the planet Mercury is in Retrograde, so expect a few surprises.

  • NXT Take Over. Four matches have been confirmed for this event, which will be held at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon, on February 16 and carried live on the WWE Network. You can expect to see Tommaso Campo take on WWE NXT champion Adam Cole; Johnny Gargano vs. Finn Bálor; Bianca Belair challenge WWE NXT Champion Rhea Ripley; and Dusty Tag Classic 2020 winners Matt Riddle and Pete Dunne (the Broser Weights) confront Bobby Fish and Kyle O'Reilly (The Undisputed Era).

  • The WWE Súper Showdown will take place at the King Fahd International Stadium on February 27, 2020. With the event taking place in the future, it's hard to spoil it for you, but if you want to preserve an element of surprise, close your eyes while we announce that, according to a report from PWInsider that WWE Hall of Famer Bulk Hogan is booked to put in an appearance.

It's unclear what he'll be doing, but does it matter? Whatever he does, it's sure to be memorable. You can cool your heels while you're waiting by investigating whether there's any sport betting on the Hulk's performance.

March

There's only one fixture booked so far, but man, is it packed with superstar talent. The WWE Elimination Chamner will take place on March 8, 2020, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This star-studded event will feature the likes of WWE Universal Champion Bray "The Fiend" Wyatt, SmackDown Tag Team Champ Kofi Kingston, RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch and a host of other luminaries.

April

This month offers two fine opportunities to try your luck with the bookies in Tampa, Florida, on April 4 and 5. These are the NXT Take Over (April 4) and WWE WrestleMania (April 5).

  • The NXT Take Over at Amalie Arena makes its fifth gig as part of WrestleMania. The weekend lineup includes Friday Night SmackDown, the 2020 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, Monday Night Raw and The Showcase of the Immortals.

  • WrestleMania at Raymond James Stadium is the biggest PPV on the WWE calendar. Expect between 12 and 15 matches, including two Battle Royals -- the Women's Battle Royal and the Andre the Giant a memorial.

August

  • NXT Take Over, August 22, TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. No matches have yet been announced for this live two-hour event.

  • NWE SummerSlam, August 21-24, incorporates NXT Take Over as well as SmackDown LIVE on Friday and Monday Night Raw. All events are held at TD Garden. More details will be available in the near future.
