WWE NXT star Fandango announced that he had undergone Tommy John surgery, disclosing it yesterday on an Instagram post, writing, "My dreams of pitching in the @mlb are kinda over????.... #tommyjohn #nipple" -
As PWInsider.com reported on 12/13, Fandango suffered an elbow injury against the Singh Brothers on the 12/11 episode of WWE NXT.
There is no timeline for Fandango's return but recovery from the surgery could take upwards of a year, depending on the severity of the injury and physical therapy needed.
Fandango returned from an torn labrum this past June.
