Former WWE Creative team member Chris DeJoseph is returning to World Wrestling Entertainment, PWInsider.com has confirmed.
As noted earlier today, DeJoseph departed Major League Wrestling last night, just one month after coming on board as Co-Executive Producer.
PWInsider.com is told that WWE talks with DeJoseph had pre-dated his entrance into MLW. DeJoseph, who was seen on camera in WWE as Big Dick Johnson, is slated to return to the company's creative end shortly, possibly as soon as this month.
DeJoseph had worked for World Wrestling Entertainment from 2004 through 2010, eventually landing as Senior Writer/Producer for the company.
After leaving WWE, he worked with MGM to create The El Rey lucha libre series Lucha Underground and served as the Co-Executive Producer of the series, which ran for four seasons. In recent years, DeJoseph has worked as the Senior Story Producer for CBS' Big Brother as well as FOX's Hotel Paradise, among other reality TV properties.
