Dwayne Johnson responded to someone on Twitter and revealed that the long awaited film based on DC Comics' "Black Adam" character will finally go in production next July:

Additional from Mike Johnson:
Black Adam is an ancient Egyptian predecessor of DC Comics' Shazam! who became corrupted after receiving his powers. He's one of the more powerful and popular DC Comic villains and would allow Rock to play a darker character. There were allusions made to him, but not by name, in DC's feature film adaptation of Shazam! last year.
