Tyson was born and raised in Manchester, England. His father named him after the heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. He began boxing at a young age. He won a lot of titles; unified WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, The Ring magazine, and lineal heavyweight titles. He defeated the long-reigning world champion Wladimir Klitschko in Germany. And guess what? This was one of his biggest achievements which earned him a worldwide reputation. The star went on to win the title Fighter of the Year.
This was only the beginning. Tyson seems to have inspired many software developpers as well. Nowadays, many games are being developed around the sport. For instance, Super Sumo is a wrestling game which can be ranked into the category. It has all the wonders of the Far East. What’s great? In June 2019, Fury was ranked the world's best active heavyweight by The Ring. He made his comeback after 12 months in June for his first fight in two-and-a-half years in Manchester. He made a draw with his opponent Warren. Warren mentioned that Fury needs "three or four fights" before being ready to take on Joshua. He further mentioned; "He's going to be busy. He needs to get some rounds under his belt, He needs to get himself fighting fit."
Yet Fury never gave up and said that "I can't wait to get in there and prove I am the best, even after all this time out,". This shows that his determination for boxing is still alive. Yet, Fury was suffering from mental health issues which lead him to alcoholism and drugs. This had made an impact on his career back and he lost his title. He even gave up his belts and his license got suspended in 2016.
The 29-year-old wants to fight back in the US in October, but he is still looking for an opponent. He said “I was built to be a Las Vegas showman; I’ve been building up to this for quite a long time and I’m happy I’m getting the big fights in America and crossing the pond and I’m winning. I’m going to go back over there in October and knock out some American and then go back over in February and kick Deontay Wilder’s a** again. I’m looking at opponents, ESPN wants an American opponent that’s well known. I suggested Jarrell Miller, he’s well known, he’s unbeaten, he was highly ranked, there’s also Trevor Bryan on the list. There’s a couple of other Americans’ that no one has really heard of they’ve got no reputation. Obviously, Wilder has been done for February so we need an opponent.
Tyson Fury even challenged the others and said; ‘’So if you’re American, and you’ve got a good record, and you’re highly ranked and you can talk - come see the Gyspy King and I’ll come and give you a job. “He loves being called Gyspy King as he said It sounds like a character in The Game of Thrones. Plus, Fury said: “I’m just chilling out at the minute. I’ve got an October date which has not been announced yet officially. Then I’ve got the Wilder rematch, and that’s it really, just enjoying life day by day.” Let’s wait and watch if Tyson will regain his titles back.
