As noted earlier, Viceland officially announced the second season for Dark Side of the Ring today. We are told the current plan is for ten episodes.
One of the episodes is confirmed to center around the life and death of Dino Bravo, who was murdered in his Montreal home in 1993. There were interviews conducted with members of Bravo's family and others for the episode, which was originally planned for the first season of the series before it was truncated to six episodes.
There will also be an episode dedicated to 1999's Brawl for All tournament in the WWF. Jim Cornette and Butterbean, among others, have already sat down with producers to discuss the WWF's lone attempt to create a shoot tournament, which resulted in scores of injuries and not much else.
There are also plans to look into the Benoit tragedy.
There is no announced timeline as to when the second season will debut on Viceland.
