VIKING RAIDERS ARE HERE TO STAY, BILLIONAIRE INVESTS IN WWE STOCK, WWE TO TEAM WITH WXW TO BENEFIT SAMU AND MORE

On 4/24, WWE applied to trademark "The Viking Raiders", so that team name is here to stay.

WWE issued a SEC filing stating that Lone Pine Capital and it's founder Stephen F. Mandel Jr. brought 2,256,631 shares of WWE stock which represents 5.1% of the total shares.   According to Forbes, Mandel Jr. is worth $2.4 billion. 

Afa's World X-treme Wrestling C4 promotion announced that they will be partnering with WWE to do a fundraiser show for Samu Anoa'i, who is battling liver cancer, on 5/29 in Allentown PA:

 

Lilian Garcia has joined MMA promotion Professional Fighters League as a cage announcer.
