WWE NXT UK REPORT: MOUSTACHE MOUNTAIN, OHNO VERSUS LIGERO, AND MORE

We are in Brooklyn, New York and your announcers are Vic Joseph and Nigel McGuinness.

Match Number One: Ligero versus Kassius Ohno

They lock up and Ligero with a side head lock and Ohno sends Ligero to the mat. Ohno pie faces Ligero and he has some words for Ligero. Ohno with another pie face to Ligero. They lock up and Ligero goes to the turnbuckles and tries for a flying mare but Ohno blocks it. Ligero goes for a sunset flip but Ohno does not go over. Ohno picks up Ligero and Irish whips Ligero. Ligero goes through the legs and then to the apron and Ligero slingshots back into the ring. Ohno with a knee for a near fall.

Ohno with a forearm to the back of the head. Ohno with a chop and knee to the head as he shows Ligero no respect. Ohno goes for a belly-to-back suplex but Ligero lands on his feet. Ligero with kicks and a head scissors that sends Ohno to the floor. Ligero goes to the apron and hits a cannonball but Ohno is able to send Ligero into the ring steps because of Ligero’s momentum off the apron. Ohno sends Ligero back into the ring and he kicks Ligero in the head and follows with an elbow drop for a near fall. Ohno with a suplex and he gets a near fall. Ohno with a rear chin lock and then he leans back and has Ligero laying on Ohno’s knees. Ligero powers out and Ohno is able to stop Ligero.

Ohno with a series of knee drops for a near fall. Ohno kicks Ligero in the head and connects with a forearm to the back. Ohno stands on Ligero’s hand and kicks Ligero in the head. Ohno with a boot to the head. Ohno with another boot to the head. Ligero blocks a kick and he avoids a back senton as well. Ligero with kicks to the leg. Ligero with a running knee to the head. Ligero with another running knee to the head. Ligero with a boot to the head and Ligero goes to the apron. Ligero with a splash off the top rope for a near fall.

Ohno blocks an Irisih whip attempt and Ligero with a chop. Ligero avoids a splash from Ohno. Ligero goes for Sliced Bread but Ohno blocks it. Ligero with a victory roll for a near fall. Ligero with Code Red for a near fall. Ligero with a plancha onto Ohno on the floor. Ligero with Sliced Bread off the ring post and they get back into the ring before the ten count. Ligero goes for the slingshot cutter but Ohno blocks it and he tries to take off Ligero’s mask and while Ligero adjusts it, Ohno with the rolling elbow for the three count.

Winner: Kassius Ohno

We go to comments from Jordan Devlin about his match against WALTER. He says you would think he is happy, but he is not. To protect the Rematch of the Century, the match is a non-title match. Jordan says he knows that people want to see WALTER and Pete tear the house down. Jordan does not care. He says he will beat WALTER and he will hurt WALTER. He will make himself undenaible to Johnny Saint, WALTER, and anyone who doubts him. He will show you never bet against an Ace.

We go to commercial.
We are back with Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner walking around WWE Axxess and comment on the exhibits. Marcel says you had to earn the right to be a champion. Fabian says that you had to fight to earn the right to do this, but now you can show up at Axxess and do it. Marcel says to them, this means so much more than you could ever imagine. Marcel says to them the mat is sacred.

NXT UK Women’s Champion Toni Storm makes her way to the ring.

Toni welcomes everyone to NXT UK in New York. She says it is awesome to represent this brand on the most important weekend of the year. Two weeks ago, she defended her title against Jinny and it was close. Toni says it got her thinking. NXT UK has some of the most talented women in the world. She may not like her but she has had some great matches with Rhea Ripley. Toni mentions Xia Brookside and Nina Samuels. She also mentions Piper Niven. Toni says she will be champion for a long long time.

As Toni goes to the back, she is stopped by Kay Lee Ray, who is making her way to the ring for her match. She tells Toni that she forgot about her.

Match Number Two: Kay Lee Ray versus Xia Li

They lock up and Ray with a wrist lock and Li with a reversal. Ray with a reversal into a hammer lock. Li with a side head lock and take down. Ray with a head scissors and Li escapes. Ray wants a test of strength but she holds her hand out of reach but Li jumps to grab the hand and gains the advantage.

Ray with a wrist lock and she works on the shoulder. Li escapes and misses a few kicks as Ray backs away from her. Ray with a kick and punch. Ray with kicks in the corner. Li jumps over Ray and hits a drop kick. Li gets a near fall.

Ray with a thrust kick and she sends Li into the ring post shoulder first. Ray with a forearm in the corner. Ray with a double wrist lock and she sends Li shoulder first into the turnbuckles. Ray with a snap mare and applies a seated abdominal stretch. Ray adds pressure to the ribs. Li with an arm drag but Ray with a wrist lock and Ray is sent into the turnbuckles. Li with jabs and a back fist. Li with jumping knees and flying mare. Li with a kick to the back. Li misses a round kick but hits a second kick for a near fall.

Li goes to the turnbuckles and Ray moves. Ray with a chop and thrust kick. Ray with Widow’s Peak for the three count.

Winner: Kay Lee Ray

We see Piper Niven at Axxess signing autographs and she is asked about Rhea Ripley. Piper says she cannot deny that Rhea is a phenomenal athlete, but that is about it. Rhea is a bully and Piper says she does not like bullies.

We go to commercial.

We are back and we see Zack Gibson and James Drake. Zack says Kenny Williams and Amir Jordan have done nothing to earn their spot in NXT UK and they throw their gear into the hallway.

Next week, WALTER faces Jordan Devlin in a non title match.

Match Number Three: Trent Seven and Tyler Bate versus Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster

Bate and Andrews start things off and they shake hands. Bate with a wrist lock and Andrews with a reversal into an arm bar. Andrews returns to the wrist lock and Bate with a creative reversal. Andrews with a head scissors and Bate escapes. Bate with a wrist lock out of a Greco Roman knuckle lock. Andrews uses the ropes for a reversal and arm drag but Bate blocks it. Andrews with an arm drag into an arm bar.

Webster tags in and he goes up top and hits a double stomp to the arm. Webster with a wrist lock and Bate with a drop kick. Seven tags in and Seven with a forearm to the back. Webster with a shoulder tackle and he bounces off Seven. Webster has the same result the second time. Seven with a shoulder tackle and he blocks a hip toss. Webster with a drop toe hold into a front face lock.

Andrews tags in and he works on the arm with a wrist lock. Seven with chops. Seven gets Andrews to flinch and Seven with a DDT. Seven gets a near fall. Bate tags in and he connects with a head butt. Bate with a spinning neck snap for a near fall. Seven tags in and Seven gets Andrews on his shoulders for an accordion slam and then Bate with a swanton for a near fall. Seven with a slam and elbow drop for a near fall. Seven with a double wrist lock. Andrews with elbows and he avoids a clothesline. Webster tags in and kicks Seven and hits a springboard drop kick to knock Bate off the apron. Webster with a quebrada for a near fall. Webster with a head butt and he sets for a power bomb but Seven escapes. Bate and Andrews tag in. Webster is sent over the top rope to the floor. Bate with a knee lift and elbow off the turnbuckles to Andrews. Bate with a running European uppercut to Andrews and then Webster. Bate with an airplane spin to Webster and he adds a giant swing to Andrews. Bate drops Webster on top of Andrews. Bate goes for Tyler Driver 97 on Webster but Webster with a head scissors. Bate catches Webster on a suicide dive attempt and gives him an airplane spin and drops Webster on the apron. Bate with a shooting star press for a near fall. Andrews with chops to Bate and Seven but Bate and Seven with kicks. Andrews slides under a double clothesline and hits a Pele Kick. Webster tags in and both men with planchas onto Seven and Bate.

Andrews tags in but it is not allowed because it was the wrong corner. Webster with a DDT to Seven and then Andrews tags in and Webster flips Andrews onto Seven for a near fall. Seven with chops to Adnrews and then a chop to Webster. Seven chops Andrews and it causes Webster to be DDTed. Bate with a rebound clothesline to lead into a German suplex by Seven but Webster breaks up the cover. Andrews with forearms and chops to Bate. Bate with a jab to Andrews.

Webster makes the tag and Andrews with an enzuigiri. Webster with a flying knee while Andrews hits a reverse rana and Seven breaks up the cover. Seven with a back fist and Tiger Suplex. Bate tags in and Seven hits a knee assisted Burning Hammer for the three count.

Winners: Trent Seven and Tyler Bate
