Former NWA Champion and Impact Wrestling Hall of Famer Chris "Abyss" Park is at tonight's Raw taping in Lafeyette, LA. He officially started with WWE as a Producer for the company last week, but PWInsider.com did not confirm that until this evening.
Park, 45, had been working behind the scenes as a producer for Impact Wrestling when he departed last month. During his time with Impact, Park was the longest tenured performer in company history, having started there in 2002. He had been with the promotion the entire time, with the exception of a short period where he exited as he was not under contract (during which he had an offer from WWE to come in as a prospective opponent for The Undertaker), before signing a new Impact deal and returning to the company.
